Precise Auto

I’m late writing this review, but it is applicable nonetheless the less. About 3 years ago I purchased a used F350 from Precise Auto. The experience was simple and easy. We discussed price, condition of vehicle, and financing. Nothing was confusing or complicated. And they did everything that they said they would do. I’m very happy I purchased from them and would purchase from them again. Fast forward to today and the truck I purchased is running beautifully and has been dependable and true for my needs for all these years I’ve owned it.

I had another of a few bad experiences with another dealership and decided on a cash vehicle. I'm so happy I seen my truck on their lot. The process was quick and painless. The truck was checked after I purchased and left and there's literally not a single issue so far found. I love my truck so much!!!!

Purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution about a week ago. Supper happy with the entire process, staff was great and they were up front about the small issues with the vehicle. They went above and beyond to accommodate a pickup date and time for me as well. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Would buy from them again.

Bought a 2013 Ram 2500 from them, Truck has been running great and getting anything I need it to done easily. Inside and out we're well maintained and cleaned by them. Mark and Dave were nice enough to get a new key for us since I requested 2 keys as well. No charges were added and everything was easily understood. From seeing it online to going in person to the buying process. Everything was easy and timely.

I recently purchased a Cadillac and worked with the manager Mark. It was a 5 star beginning to end experience and was not a car sales vibe and got me approved and financed and all a really quick process and very pleased experience and definitely will be coming back for my next vehicle with them. Very transparent and honest working with him.

Mark, David and Mike are true professionals. They go the extra Mile to make sure you are well taken of, satisfied with the buying experience, feel respected and confident in your approval even though you have sub-par credit. Thanks guys for making my buying experience 2nd to none!

Visited this shop today on a mission to find my son a car. Communication beforehand was professional and courteous. The car we were coming to see was made available, test drive offered and taken, and was as described. We did not make the purchase as it fell short of some of our expectations, but would certainly shop here again. Friendly and helpful, and they did work hard to earn our business.

Great Experience. Mark and David were upfront about everything and made the truck buying process simple. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the everything. I bought a truck from Mark almost 3 years ago and to this day has ran like a dream. I had no credit at all and he still worked with me to get the best offer he could. The process was very smooth and I was left with no questions unanswered. He always does his best to put the customer first. I enjoyed the experience so much that we are now in contact again on getting a truck through him. If you want the best deals in this crazy economy at the moment this is the place to go.

So I was on the market to purchase a truck, had my fiancé find this place and I will admit I was skeptical on Facebook. However, after I drove to the lot, Mark was very helpful and made it happen not only easily, but also quickly without any hassle. After taking care of everything, Lisa made sure to follow up and keep in contact about all things regarding my new vehicle. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for amazing cars and financing! I’d give it ten stars if I could!

**UPDATE**

Although I did not leave with the Truck I wanted. Mark.G was amazingly helpful and pointed me in the right direction while also reassuring me. He will not push you into a sale, he will not lie and screw you over.

It is your job as a buyer to inspect and make sure you know what you are getting and making that decision as an adult.

He did his absolute best I feel to try and get me approved while also working within my limits!

Bought my Wife a 2017 Nissan Maxima from Precise Auto and the team there did whatever they needed to and made the experience great and very easy to work with looking forward to doing business with Precise Auto again in the future.

We did our homework on exactly what we needed. We obviously knew that used vehicles can have issues, all will have them at some point. Precise had a great looking truck that we liked. We were offered multiple insurance options before we decided to purchase. Mark made sure of that. He made the transition very smooth. We are VERY pleased with our truck so far!

I have dealt with alot of dealers in my life. Precise auto Mark and David are the best in the business. They explained everything you need to know about the car or truck that you are purchasing. They have a tech on the site, the prices are true, they put diesel in my truck although prices was high and most of all you don't have to be there all day 1hr I was out! I will definitely be doing business in the future

Had a great experience with David and Mark at precise autos. Purchased an Audi s5 from them out of state and had absolutely no trouble with the purchase or process. The guys were kind enough to take the car for inspection and also get the car transported to me to Georgia. Whether you are in Texas or out of state, the team at precise will definitely help you out! I recommend them highly!

I can’t stress enough how much Robby has helped me in financing my Lexus now. Seriously this guy went above and beyond in order for me to have a great car and at a great price.
