Bought a 2013 Chrysler on Monday (11/05) for $6,000 and the car broke down on Wednesday (11/08). 3 DAYS LATER?!! Took it to my local shop and they say the radiator is busted and the oil sensor is out. Planning on calling up to Ali Motors but after reading the reviews it is clear THEY PROBABLY WONT CARE!! Will be contacting the local news outlets and whoever will listen because this isn’t right. I have bought a vehicle from this lot before and I didn’t run into this issue. It seems they are buying whatever that can get off of auction and just selling it with no real thought behind it

Waited for almost an hour. The one guy that was there saw us waiting and finally approached us after 20 minutes of walking around/waiting, he said he lost his keys so he couldn't get into the office 🙄. Then he says after another 20 minutes the car we want is out for an Oil change and he can go get it. While we waited we decided to go ahead and leave, that's when the guy pulled up with the supposed car and it had way more damage than the online pics showed and had lots of interesting noises. I could tell the brakes or rotors were done for and the barring in the passenger side was bad. We told them thanks but we are leaving. Saved us from a junk car. And we got there after 10 which was the time it says on car gurus and google that the place opened but the sign on the window said it opened at 9. Very unprofessional.

Tricked me into buying an accidental car. Did not show me the correct Carfax report for my 2007 Kia Optima. Advertised as "clean title" but Carfax later showed structural damage and two accidents. Had problems right after I exited the parking lot. Poor service, rude personnel.
