Very fast and good customer service ..theonly thing wrong is the microphone outside and security voice is too low ,u cant understand what they are saying , other than that great place for delivery.... even shipping is great to give info on howbto get to recieving

Very quick unloading. Try to keep to within an hour of your appointment time. They can work you in if you come early, but not always.

Modern check-in office 👍.. i had my appointment at 3pm checked in at 11:00 the receiving personal were so nice and gave me a door at 11:30 i was empty by 12:00 👏 i want to thank them because i can head home early after 2 weeks on the road i wish every receiver was like them 👏👏

If you are dropping and hooking with Werner this place is easy breezy. Just pull up to the gaurd shack with your trailer number. Quick in and out process

Friendly and helpful staff. Got me in a day early to deliver before the huge ice storm hit the DFW area.

The drive here isn't really that bad, but these people usually do their best to throw you back into traffic unloaded as quick as possible.

One of my favorite places to unload, never more than an hour...only thing is they won't take u early they honor appointment times pretty strictly.
