Quality Inn & Suites I-35 E/Walnut Hill

Quality inn was a very good experience for my family and I. Sunny attended us early Friday morning upon arrival and greeted us very well made my family feel very welcomed. Room was very clean and bed is very comfortable. Friday afternoon we went in the pool and it was soo awesome my kids loved it. Saturday morning we met Bv, very nice and understanding was able to accommodate to my family. There was a small understanding and Bv went above and beyond to help us and we greatly appreciate it. He is very understanding and very nice. Thank you staff at Quality Inn.

I loved it here! It’s winter but my kids wanted to swim so I was excited to find a hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. I got the double bed suite and it was enough space for us. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for 5 days and it was great! The rooms were very nice and the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection of food. The staff was very nice and got us anything we needed in a timely manner. The location was great also. If we ever visit the Dallas area again, we will definitely stay here.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Quality Inn; It's under new management and the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room with a hot tub was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

I have been staying at the Quality Inn & Suites I-35 E/ Walnut Hill and the stay has been great. The staff (Lucy) and management has been quite helpful and very accommodating to meet my family's needs. I'm very thankful for the warm hospitality they've shown us.

First off, I come into Dallas about once a month to visit a few buddies and go to some of the local bars and clubs, we alway get a room here at the quality for the convenience, but over the last year they have really made us feel like family. Ms. Lucy always greets us by name with a warm smile and is sure to accommodate any of our needs. All of the staff from the housekeeping, maintenance to the management are why I keep coming back. Thank you guys!

I honestly had a great time here. We needed a spot to be close to Gexa for a concert and then to travel to 6 Flags the next day. We got a great room! Very comfortable. The whole place seemed to have been remodeled recently. The front desk manager was very polite and pleasant. We had a room that was very clean and quite larger than I expected. The decor was modern and updated. The TVs were very nice and large flat screen to enjoy. The breakfast was my favorite part!! They served HOT freshly cooked breakfast and it was AWESOME! My favorite part were the waffles. I definitely reccommend this place to others. And just fyi, it is on the same road as a strip club, but we heard NO noise, had NO kind of disturbances at all during out stay.

Amazing service...very clean,hard working staff,and affordable prices...along with great hot breakfast...security staff during the night shift that makes you feel as well...I've been here for 8 days and I personally can say that I've enjoyed every minute of my stay

I love this hotel!!!! the staff is always so helpful and friendly!! All the ladies and gentleman at the front desk are really great, they are always so friendly and they make the stay very pleasant!!! be sure to get to breakfast before 9am cuz you don't want to miss their awesome breakfast!!! rooms r large and spacious, and they r always clean and the beds are new pillow top mattresses that r extremely comfortable!!! (And i love that this hotel gives PLENTY of GOOD pillows which is huge to me as to many others I'm sure!!! Lol) the maintenance guy in the daytime is great, and if ever there is any issue he quickly fixes it, very pleasant!!! Just recently learned they have maintenance all shifts which is awesome!! Hands down my FAVORITE HOTEL!!!! 5++++ AWESOME!!!!

One of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Very clean, staff is friendly, inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and I love the fact they provide fresh coffee in the lobby all day! I will be staying exclusively in Choice hotels from now on

My mom and I stayed here in February 2015... my mother liked it so much we booked a 2 nite stay... they are very friendly at the front desk.... rooms are very nice and it is a quiet place. They also gave me a discount on room because my stay is because I have to bring my daughter to special hospital visits. ... so that means a lot to me. Because any help I can get as single mom that has been doing this for 6 years is much appreciated.

AWESOME. Night audit employee was super busy but stopped to help every guest that needed him. Was told by Choice agent there was breakfast but that's a no go. Dennys delivers or a 3 min drive. I recommend the Jacuzzi suite. Did the robot 🤖 lol

First off I had a minor problem checking-in (7/28) and my attitude was not pleasant yet the young man stayed composed and solved my problem that I created like a pro.
Second the breakfast is by far the best and I'm comparing this to all 3*-4* hotels I've ever stayed at.The attendant was very helpful and even cleared my table as I wrote this review.If I had any cash on me id tip ok I'll do hold on ..... There . Is $3 good ?

Lady in front was friendly from start her name was Lucy room was cleane she sent use extra towels for pool pool was clean hot tub was wonderful hot and clean bed was soft breakfast was offered elevator was down but was told up front we were on 3 rd floor first day and she got us moved the next morning hotel is under new management and ownership so making a lot of updates this has to be one of my best stays in Dallas will be back for sure keep up the good work thank you all

Great customer service at front desk! Management is awesome and considerate as well! Keep up just way you are it's perfect!! Love the suite I have even more good and clean atmosphere I'd come back anytime. That's if I ever leave......

Very nice hotel breakfast is hot and ready my main visit here was for the pool very clean aand jacuzzi is amazing!!! I love the front desk girls very nice with great customer satisfaction! I will definitely be coming back to comfort inn Lilian is who you would want to speak with on reservations very nice and helpful

The staff was great the pool and spa actually works. The rooms don't smell lol it's in a accessible location.

Very clean area.. I was able to being my pet alone with me. Room was very spacious & a pool area to keep cool restaurants was in walking distance.

Room was amazing, pool and hot tub were perfect, my husband said breakfast was spectacular (I slept in), I didn't have much interaction with the staff personally but they seemed very nice and hospitable.
