My career has been motorcycle sales, early on, my mentor had us read Carl Sewell’s book “Customer’s For Life” in “book club”.
That book had always stuck with me as a guide on how to approach a sale, even if THAT SPECIFIC book wasn’t directly about about sales, more how to treat a customer in general.
Under promise, over deliver.

When I saw my new truck at a Sewell dealer I was low-key excited, as a hustler to go meet some hustlers, and see if they lived up to what was pushed, HEAVILY, in the book.

Hands down I was beyond impressed.

I showed up looking like some kind of biker trash gremlin 2 days in a row, and I was treated like a human. I wasn’t there looking at the most expensive vehicle, far from it. But I was treated with the same respect I’d assume someone would receive from someone buying a vehicle 20x the cost
It was a rad, and fair experience, and I genuinely am grateful to have been able to learn a little bit more from these guys.

Favour, and the rest of the team at Sewell 100000% earned a customer for life.

Like usual, there was great communications about every step in the process while our truck was being serviced. Every time we have been offered a car to use while our truck was in service. I am quite happy that we purchased the extended warranty we did through Sewell, because it has helped us covering the two repairs on the truck, including a new transmission. Thank you, Sewell, for excellent service and communication. It is always worth the drive to the Dallas Sewell location for any issues we have!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I appreciated them loaning me a car so that I could get back to my husband who had just gotten out of the hospital from having a lung transplant, then they brought my car back to me and that meant a lot to me. The service was faster than I expected, because I got my car back the same day. They even washed my car and that was an unexpected surprise! I highly recommend Sewell Dealership!!!!

Johnathan Bailey was very professional, calm and considerate of all my needs. He was patient and listened attentively. He was not pushy or demanding. The dealership was clean and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming! I had am amazing experience at Sewell. This is my second purchase of a Sewell vehicle. I will only purchase from Sewell and make sure I advice my family and friends to Sewell as also.

While I actually never made it to the Sewell dealership the experience was far better than any of the other dealerships I had interaction with by cell, email or in person. The communication was honest and professional. Karson worked to locate the truck I was most interested in and once we finalized the process a few days later he delivered the truck to my home 3 hours away.

Love Sewell GMC service department. I have taken my car in for service a few times. Each time, I am welcomed with a smile, provided with proper feedback, and a loaner. The work done is perfect each time.
First - replace tires (with price match they helped find), alignment, temp sensor replacement (they found under warranty) etc. Car was fixed before the estimated completion date. They take care of your car and bring it back cleaned.
Second - debris hit my car on the highway. I took it in immediately. They looked at it and helped explain what parts we were looking at and what I needed to do free of charge. I left feeling at ease. They are super friendly and value the service they provide.
Third - got a flat, brought it in. Needed an oil change too. They took care of me quickly and car is in tip top shape.

Where do I start?!!! I’be been buying cars for 21 years. I bought my first at 18 with no co-signer. I’ve bought all types of cars and been to all types of dealerships in many of the states that I’ve lived in. NEVER, in my 21 years of car buying have I received TOP OF THE CLASS SERVICE!! This was the most stress free, relaxing, fun, and easiest process I’ve ever had! OMAR PEREZ & PHILLIP you two deserve all the praise! From not judging us for coming in a hot mess with 4 young children in tow 😂, to getting coloring books for my children, to offering refreshments, giving a tour of the place, not coming off like a desperate sales shark, and the knowledge you two have, OUTSTANDING! THIS is what customer service is! The business model that the SEWELL brand offers should be the standard! I’ve worked in customer service for years, and this mindset was what I always stood by when helping my clients. Our family will forever be a SEWELL customer. I would not waste my time dealing with any other dealership. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I could cry with how amazing the service was. I’ve had nothing short of nightmare car sales experiences in the past. The entire staff at this Sewell location restored my faith, that there is a good dealership out there!

Joaquin is the best service manager I've ever experienced at Sewell or anywhere else. He is quite knowledgeable, very good at scheduling, an excellent communicator, and he follows through. I had 3-4 things done to the vehicle at this servicing, and he had the car ready first thing the next morning.

I also informed him of my interest in buying an extended warranty, and he arranged that with Sidney,.....so that all the paperwork was ready for that purchase when I brought the vehicle in.

All in all, a very efficient experience.

I also like walking through the showroom and friendly Sewell employees calling my name and taking the time to say hello. This makes you realize the Sewell folks really care.
Albert is one of several who is very thoughtful to come over and ask if he can assist in any way.

Sewell was able to fix an unexpected issue with a thermostat on a Saturday afternoon while I waited and then took excellent care of me by providing a loaner car the following week when I had some scheduled maintenance and repairs done. It is always easy to have service done at Sewell!

Very good experience and services. The representative communicated with me regularly and let me know the status at every step. Initially it took three calls to have someone work with me to get the services completed however, once I explained that it took three calls the representative was right on it.

Plenty of reviews that go into more details but simply Sewell has been the gold standard for us. Last 5 cars over the past 10 years have all been from Sewell. All service has been done at Sewell. They are just passionate about providing great service.

Yes, I paid more for my car, and I’m sure I pay more for service than I can get elsewhere. But truly you get what you pay for here. I drive over an hour each way now since we moved but will continue using Sewell…worth it.

By far the best dealership / service department I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I brought my 2021 GMC Sierra in on a Tuesday (no appointment) with a blown engine and had it back the same week with a new motor. Not only was this service done in a very timely manner, my service consultant (Jasmine Garcia) was very professional and called me multiple times to keep me informed during the process. Sewell gained a customer for life I can tell you that.

I brought my car in for some recalls, an oil change, and some interior cleaning. They were able to provide me with a nice rental to use for the day. Each time of drop off and pick up was very quick service. Everyone was extremely professional and nice. I'm so glad to be a Sewell customer!

They have the best service. I have several GMC dealers a lot closer than Sewell is. I go out of my way because of their service. Everyone is very welcoming from scheduling an appointment to the cashiers. The service advisor is transparent with what needed to be done. My car was in and out just as I was told it would be.

I was having trouble with a bad battery in my car and stopped by the dealership (without an appt). My service advisor (Jessica Tennis) met with me letting me know that there were no loaner cars available until the next day. After a quick look at the battery, Jessica told me that she didnt feel comfortable letting me leave in my car with a bad battery. She then said, “we’ll find you a loaner for today”. Not only did she get me a loan car, she also had the repairs completed in the same day. Jessica was empowered to make an on the spot call benefiting her client! This is the level of customer experience that will keep me coming back to Sewell until the day i stop driving. Jessica has been my service advisor for the last 5 years and, in my opinion, there is no one better!
