The food and service cannot be beat. Every bite was delicious and scrumptious. The goat cheese appetizer was amazing. The pate was perfect. I want to come back and try the fried green tomatoes! I had the lamb and it came on top of a mushroom bread pudding with a epic gravy. The champagne hit the spot too. For dessert we devoured the apple crisp and Crème brûlée. We can’t wait to return.

The food is excellent, Abraham the chef is out of the world. I had the halibut with risotto. We had great dinner and tasted San Dimas mezcal that will be in shortly.

I went back to Salum Restaurant in Uptown Dallas for a late lunch with my sister and niece who were in town from New York City and they absolutely loved it. I had dined at Salum but really wanted to try their lunch since I've heard great things about it. Abraham's cuisine is second to none in North Texas and I believe among the best anywhere. Food is amazing, service is impeccable and the open kitchen to the dining room provides great ambience. We will definitely keep coming back to try new additions to the menu. Totally worth the drive from north Plano!

Was not planning to go out on a fancy Saturday date but Salum had an opening at 8:30pm. Extremely happy with everything! The food was delicious, the ambiance was quiet and intimate, the cocktails and hot toddy absolutely a MUST!

Went to Salum for dinner a few nights ago. I am someone that eats out quite a bit and loves quality food. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in DFW and I can not express the quality and service that I received at Salum. It was out of this world. Owner and Chef Abraham is extremely involved in his restaurant and walks around interacting with guests and making sure everyone is enjoying everything they have received. They have a open kitchen concept and Chef Abraham watches every dish as it comes out to make sure it is correct and presentable. Also our server was amazing. He was professional and attentive without being overbearing which is a talent many people don't realize. The food was amazing. I had the Lamb Chops and the Duck Confit' and there was nothing left to be wanted. Both dishes were amazing. My guests had the burger (which is blended with filet) and loved it and another guest had the salmon and said it was one of the best pieces of fish she has ever had. Also, the bread pudding is unreal. Try it with a house made cappuccino. Great ending to the night. Salum is a mildly hidden gem, as it deserves to be one of Dallas's top restaurants. I wish nothing but success and fortune to Chef Abraham and look forward to my next visit back.

Our dinner experience here started out right. Their wine selection is great and so was the rye old-fashioned I had.

Moving on to the appetizers we had the fried green tomatoes stuffed with crab. I've never had them that way but they were delicious.

My girlfriend's baked scallops were cooked perfectly and so was my tenderloin. The sauce on both dishes complimented the meat and the potatoes that came with my steak we're amazing!

I’ve also had the chance to try their rack of lamb and it is on point!

Great New Year’s Eve dinner at Salum. Chef Abraham and the staff were so attentive. The food and wine were amazing. Will definitely be going back.

The food was lovely, service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect for a mid summer's rendezvous.
The pan-seared Grouper over risotto was well prepared & flavorful. The grilled lobster tail over pineapple fried rice was excellent.

Excellent pâté, the grouper was also very good, fish and chips were perfect

If you want an amazing date night, anniversary, family dinner, or corporate meal spot that gives you big restaurant execution yet a local favorite feel ---- SALUM IS IT. EVERY TIME.

Excellent food and great service. We came to celebrate a birthday and were very well taken care of. Spanish paella (forgot the actual menu name) was really tasty. Try the mussels and coconut scallops. They have a monthly rotating menu as well.

Girls night out everything was so delicious and stuff was very nice definitely I’ll go back

Salum Restaurant hosted 54 guests for the rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding this past weekend. Chef Salum was extremely helpful and accommodated our every need. The service by his staff was outstanding. The Beef Wellington Our Way and Oven Roasted Halibut were exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our dinner and would highly recommend Salum to our friends and family.

My sister and niece, who were visiting from New York City, and I went back to Salum Restaurant in Uptown Dallas for a late lunch, and they both raved about it. Salum is where I had dinner, but I had heard wonderful things about their lunch, so I really wanted to experience it. Abraham's cuisine is unmatched in North Texas and, in my opinion, among the best worldwide. The eating area has a terrific atmosphere thanks to the open kitchen and excellent service. Without a doubt, we'll keep returning to sample the latest menu additions. The trip from north Plano was totally worthwhile!

SALUM is one of the best places for lunch dinner or brunch. u cant go wrong with this place. reserve a table and see it for yourself

Speaking of dining, Salum will have you coming back, over and over for their seasonal menus. Tonight, we had the pate, a mainstay - always delicious, accompanied by a glass of champagne. Next we were on to a broccoli and asparagus soup for one of us, and a fresh vibrant dinner salad, paired with a French Chardonnay. Our entrees were Lobster tail, again with the Chardonnay, and the perfectly prepared lamb chops - and a Hahn Pinot Noir.. There is always an ample selection of desserts, our evening started with dessert at the bar - a French 75 and Woodford Old Fashioned. A great way to start or end an evening. Salute to Salum!

Abraham always makes a good day better or a bad day turn into something special. A staple in Dallas. i could eat at Salum and on odd nights Parigi. Both compliment our dining choices in the area.

Tried this place for my birthday. It's one of those places that you would probably never think to go to. It does take a while for the food to come out, however, it's quality food and worth the wait. Our server was great and the ambiance was very nice.

I had the beef tenderloin (as is on the menu), the gratin potatoes were EXCELLENT! I asked for the sauce on the side and thank God I did because I wasn't a fan (I'm picky though). My boyfriend ordered a hamburger and it was GREAT (of course I tried it).

Everyone else at the table seemed to enjoy their food as well! I would recommend if you want to try new, reasonably priced, good food!
