Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care

These guys are great. Everyone here is polite and listen to the customer patiently. I quickly stopped here as driving by to fix one of the problem I knew about my car. They quickly quoted me a reasonable price and took care of the car right away. Everything was done just about in one hour, I have waited much more than that for simple oil changes in other places. My car has few other issues too but they weren't trying to make money out of it as I was clear about what I wanted and they made me feel safe about my car's condition.

Wonderful staff. They got me in and out very quickly. Oil changed was done properly. They explained to me that the drain plug always needs to be changed on my audi with every oil change. Knowledgeable team. They gained me as a customer.

I went to this Kwik Kar by my house because my air conditioner had stopped working. I drive everywhere for my job, so I needed it fixed immediately.

Juan, the manager, is awesome. He was transparent and honest from the start. My SUV is newer so the compressor, clutch and recharge kit had to be special ordered. It took 5 days to come in which was as promised.

As soon as it came in, Juan called and I dropped off my car for the repair. It took a full day to repair but Josh, the mechanic, wanted to be thorough. Juan had to drive my car to another location just to use the system for the newer form of freon -first to drain it and then to refill it.

When all was done, Juan still only charged me what was quoted at the beginning. As long as I am in Dallas, I will bring my car to this location. Truth and honesty are hard to come by in a mechanic shop. Thank you to Juan and his entire team for getting me back to cool in this Texas heat!

My car stalled and wouldn't start. I called Kwik Kar and within a few minutes someone was over to check out my car. Juan, the manager was great! My car needed a new starter and they had my car running again in about an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent, fast service.

They did my ac recharge. They were fully booked with cars and still manage to get me in.

I always want what's best for my car, I check the reviews and I go and see if the company lives up to my expectations, and by far they absolutely did!! At first my thought was it's gonna be a while because my car needs alot of attention to make it short I came in was greeted right away and it's hard to find a quick service place when you have kids and to keep them busy or should I say entertained ,I just wanted to say thank you to one of the best shops I have taken My car to with no problems or long wait time, quick in and out especially in a rough area always busy., Glad they were open!! After getting the run around and poor service from another location, I came here. I received the most amazing personable service from Juan who went out of his way to assist even at the end of the day. Despite having to order what I needed, my car ready to go in less than 24 hours!

Team was very friendly. They worked quickly to get my Jeep running again diagnosing the issue as a bad battery. Recommended additional services on brakes, but where not pushy. Had a great experience and will definitely go back!

I had the pleasure of visiting this store on Sunday Morning and received wonderful and fast service from Danny. He was very knowledgeable and had the greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The new manager, Juan, is incredible.
From the moment I called to when I left with my car I felt very well taken care of by him and his staff. I am always afraid to take my car in to get looked at places because I don’t want to be taken advantage of but they explained what was going on every step of the way so I could make informed decisions and know what to expect. I definitely will be coming back.

I love this spot! Super convenient for me and a trusting company to take my car to. Car problems can be daunting for a woman but they made sure to explain my options, explain the pros and cons of picking which one to go with and even went the extra mile to pick up a part that was on back order everywhere but happened to find one and got it installed same day. Josh, Jacob & Speedy were professional & quick. I pulled in, they greeted me and they went to work. After 7 minutes they were done and I was on my way. Very nice & customer service oriented gentlemen. Keep up the good work!

ATTENTION LADIES: this is THE most professional car-related service i have EVER received. It was my first time getting my car inspected without a male present with me and I was SO apprehensive - I didn’t have much money on me and was worried that a simple state inspection would turn into hundreds of dollars worth in mandatory fixes that were beyond my knowledge. Jacob and Dustin and Rob (plus every other man there) were not only so genuinely kind and patient with me, but they walked me through the areas that could be improved on my car BUT put no pressure whatsoever on seeking immediate fixing. The lobby was nice and has a big TV and I was in and out in 10 minutes tops. I typically don’t write reviews, but this was the most high quality service have received in dealing with my car, including dealerships. I believe they are under new management, so if you haven’t been recently, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting! TLDR; Reasonable prices, high quality service, and respectful to women. Couldn’t be more grateful :)

Jacob the new owner was amazing! He helped me when no one else in town would come near my car to help me fix my AC problems. Told me to come right in without an appointment. I’d definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends in the DFW area and anyone else that lives here. I’m from east Texas and he saved me from a 3 hour ride back in 100+ degree weather.
