I bought my Ridgeline here in December 2019, but was having routine maintenance done at a Honda dealership closer to where I live. I've started having problems with the AutoNation Honda of Lewisville Service Department lately, so now I'm making the extra effort to bring my vehicle deep in the heart of Dallas for service. So far, so good. Keep it up.

Helped a customer with a pre-purchase inspection on an Accord Coupe they were purchasing from me at another dealership. The customer lived 4 hours away and wanted to be sure all checked out before making the trip. John Eagle service department was definitely 5 star in their professionalism, timeliness and overall care for the customer. Not just our mutual customer, but to me as well...even being from another dealership. Thanks for the experience. Definitely will recommend and do business in the future.

I saved a lot of money by coming here, I lost my keys to an older model Honda that I use for my cleaning company, and got quoted $120 by a locksmith for one key. I was told if I went to the dealership with the title that they would give me a better deal. I walked out of there with two keys for $20 so five stars in my book

Friendly staff. I made an appointment for oil change but was an hour late. They didn’t mind. Car was ready in less than / hours. Clean waiting area w TX’s and some pc’s ppl can use.
