Lucchese Bootmaker

This was my first visit to a Lucchese Store, and Maria Martinez and Nate Hill did an excellent job from start to finish. As I walked through the front doors, I immediately knew this was a high in store. The displays, craftsmanship, and quality of the products are nothing but exceptional, very pleasing to the eye.

I can see why Lucchese boots are the best of the best.

There is nothing better than a good pair of custom boots that last years. The warranty on these custom boots is three free re-sole repairs for the life of the boots. Who else is doing this ? It's not the cheaper brands that you're going to buy more over time than a good of boots from Lucchese. I was always brought up to buy quality, not quantity in clothing and shoes. Most people think they are saving money buying cheap stuff. Nope!

This store also has more than just boots. You will find clothes, belts, jackets that are good quality, and last. etc.

Maria and Nate have made me a lifelong customer and look forward to visiting again soon.

I’m in love, Wow 🤩 so much southwest style under one roof. Boots got’em, belts got’em, clothes got’em. Women, they have stuff for you as well. Great selection of all kinds of western wear. Prices to fit any budget exotic to utilitarian. The service was amazing Maira was patient and put in the leg work finding me just the right size and fit for my new boots. Definitely coming back in the near future.

Bought my first pair of Lucchese at the Frisco store. Became addicted to these boots. Went to the Dragon Street location thinking I would be ordering boots and waiting since so many are out of stock. Boy, was I wrong. I ended up getting 3 new pair (did have to order 1 for me and 1 for my wife). The customer service we received from Steven Moreno was outstanding. Super knowledgeable about all of their products and extremely helpful. You won't find better boots or better customer service anywhere. If you want Lucchese, this is the place to get them. Ask for Steve, you will not be disappointed!

Stone on Dragon St in Dallas was top shelf superb customer service. He was extremely helpful, informative on how to take care of my (Chocolate Elgin's), made the transaction smooth and easy. I am definitely going back to this location to purchase from Stone....HIGH 5 Stone on a great job!

The store manager has the best customer service. There was an issue with a pair of boots that I bought and had worn. He resolved the issue without any push back. I couldn't be more impressed or happy with Lucchese's customer service. Will shop here again, and you should too!

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible level of customer service we have just experienced with Lucchese. Blake at the Dallas custom shop helped answer all of our questions and followed up on our online order. He followed up with us personally after our in person visit and we received our boots amazingly fast. The boots are the most attractive pair we've ever bought and my husband says the are also the comfiest. We then received another follow up from Lucchese making sure we are happy with our purchase. We will never buy another brand after this. Thank you Lucchese for setting a new standard in service and quality.

The boots are the finest, the service even better! Robyn made us feel incredibly welcome. Fitting my fiance to exactly the boots she wanted. Being custom made she can't wait to receive them. We have had off the shelf Lucchese boots before that are awesome, we can only imagine what these will be like.

Wow! What a showroom! This place is the PLACE TO GO if you are wanting the best boots in town. Forget the local 'cowboy' store. I went the local western store first and they had a small selection of Lucchese. Then, I went here and I found the perfect pair of boots for me.

The staff was friendly and they helped me find my perfect pair. They educated me on how to maintain my boots and how to make them last.

You wont' be disappointed.

Also. FYI. There is a showroom/headquarters and there is a pop up shop. If you go to the wrong one, don't worry. The shop is two doors down!

Having spent an intensive week trying on every brand from Boulet to Tony Lama, I can confidently recommend Lucchese as a true market leader. Interestingly, we were also calling into dozens of vintage clothing stores during this week and noticed that the second hand Luccheses were in distinctly better shape than most.
Note: this address is Lucchese's bespoke showroom, for off the rack sizes and barn boots the outlet right beside the stadium on Cowboys Way in Frisco is your best bet.

Not only they have the best boots that can be, but they also have super nice stores and very competent and helpful sales attendants. #luccheseforever
