As soon as I walked in, the place was very clean, inviting, with cheerful and friendly people. Louis Weibel was my salesperson and he worked very hard to get me the car that I wanted. He worked very hard; he was very pleasant, positive, enthusiastic, and most of all transparent with all numbers throughout the buying/trading/negotiation process. I never felt pressured whatsoever. I will definitely refer all my friends to ABZ Motors for their professionalism and obvious aim to help you get the deal on a car that you’re happy with. I’m very happy with my new BMW, and in the likely event that I want to trade-in my car in a few years, I won’t visit any other dealership than ABZ Motors and have Louis handle my deal again. Wow!! ABZ motors has some very unique and high-end cars! I was very impressed with their down to earth approach to selling used luxury cars. Not aggressive, just fair pricing and negotiation. We found this unique beauty online and drove out to pick her up. I appreciate that Marko (great salesman!) identified a small cosmetic item on our car before we were scheduled to pick up the car and proactively worked with the body shop to get it repaired RIGHT - that meant repair, paint & getting the correct custom wrap matched. WOW! That meant a lot to us. Even though it took us a few extra days before we got to bring the car home, I’m grateful for sales people who look out for their clients and make sure to do things the right way. You don’t find that everyday, especially in used car sales. I will DEFINITELY be back to see Marko and the team at ABZ when it’s time for our next upgrade! PS - we were in and out (with a test drive & me looking at our car extra long) in less than 1hr!! That’s WAY faster than the 4hrs+ we spent at another dealership for the last car we bought. ABZ is a luxury car dealer. It’s obvious when you pull in and see all the cars easily worth 100k-200k+. I found a diesel truck there that I really liked. Worth about 1/10th of the price of the typical vehicles they carry. Even though that truck was worth significantly less, i still felt treated as if I were buying a Lamborghini. It was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Louis who worked sales and Maribel who did the financing were amazing. They worked hard on the deal and helped me walk out with the truck I wanted. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go there to purchase a vehicle.

Definitely going to see Mr.Ali again. He took car of me from the minute I pulled In the parking all the way until I drove out with my new car. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a new car. Best buying experience I’ve had in a while.

I am a senior lady looking for an inexpensive great car. After about a week and allot of looking in the Houston area I spotted an unbelievable Toyota at ABZ Auto.

I called and made an appointment with Omar. What a blessing Omar was. Not only did he answer all my questions before I asked but he made recommendations I didn’t think of.
