Mangieri's Pizza Cafe

The service was a little slow but the staff was very friendly. The drinks were great! I got a margarita it was a little small but good. The garlic cheese bread was probably my favorite thing. The bread and the flavor was incredibly delicious. I ordered the pene pasta with marinara it was good nothing special I wish it was a little spicy. I think it would have added a little bit more flavor. The pizza was great nice and crispy. This was nice and spicy thanks to the jalapeños. I also added some broccoli so I would have some vegetables on there. 😆 I ordered the fried dough with ice cream for dessert and this was incredibly delicious as well. If would have been my favorite but the chocolate was not as good as it looks so the cheese bread won out. If you order this I would recommend just getting the caramel.

This restaurant came highly recommended and I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly and helpful. I took their suggestions for food and drinks, and it was a perfect dining experience!

This pizza and pasta place was pretty nice, and we all enjoyed our dinner here. There was a wide variety of pizza options to choose from, as well as building your own custom pizza. The restaurant was comfortable and the atmosphere was chill, we had a great time. It was a busy Friday night but the appetizer and main course arrived quickly. Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended.

Stopped in this place during my stay in Austin. The Food, service, and drinks were AMAZING!!!🙌🏽 I had spinach dip as my appetizer and chicken Parmesan as main dish. Had some taste new drinks that our wonderful server Madison suggested. She was very friendly and had a great attitude and the service was quick! I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Austin! 🙂

I went to Mangieri's Pizza Cafe for dinner today, I didn't even know this place existed until someone recommended me to check out this place, I took her recommendation and went here for dinner, had the Capo pizza (similar to a Meat Lover's Pizza), the Capo pizza was excellent, the service was great as Blaze did a great job attending to her guests and she had a very cheerful attitude the whole time, I only wish I didn't live in NE Austin otherwise I'd come here more often. the prices were moderate, Mangieri's Pizza for some reason reminded me of Capo's Pizzeria in San Antonio as far as the atmosphere goes.

A great place for pizza, alcohol and desserts.

This had become a favorite restaurant of mine and I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. The service is good and the food even better.

The drinks are deliciously strong and the perfect thing to help you wind down after a long day.

Try the fried doughnuts with ice cream and don't be afraid to try a sandwich, the Italian beef sub with au jus is delicious.

Did both dine in and To Go orders. Chicken Parm, margherita pizza, Savannah's pizza. Fantastic portions for the price and delicious. The pizza was a wonderful blend of flavor, just enough sauce, and crust. Pasta noodles cooked perfect with more than enough bread and cheese. They offer online ordering and deliver as well. Great service even while understaffed, server communicated how long each thing would take (I asked if it was better to order my To Go Pizzas at the beginning or end of my meal, I beat all the rush so was recommended correctly to order at the end).

EDIT: I FORGOT TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO WHOEVER CHOSE THE SONG PLAYLIST for Saturday 1/22/22, FOR THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE IT WAS SO ROMANTIC. PERFECTION.

The food and service was excellent. We arrived close to closing time and we were not sent away. Food tasted fresh and homemade. The pizza I have never tasted anything like it. We all enjoyed the delicious food. Definitely going back.

Seriously the best pizza and Italian food place I have had the pleasure of eating at. I travel from here to there but it is something about Austin food that always tastes so fresh and clean. Great menu, excellent prices, friendly staff, and great service. I mean the whole staff was great with our party of 8. We appreciate good services. The vibes in this place are cool and the place is nice and clean including the restrooms! I would recommend this place to anyone going to Austin!

Blaze is a great bartender and is always quick to take your order. She takes care in making drinks or pouring a beer.

August 2023:

Stopped by to pick up a small 10" Capo Pizza, Garlic Cheese Bread, and Baked Buffalo Wings. If going to pickup your order the best way and order online on their website. It only took about 30 minutes until it was ready.

The bartender was nice and I even ordered separately a beer to take home with me. The pizza tasted great where it had great flavor. The cheese bread was refreshing and the chicken wings were just as good as always. They were baked not fried like other places.

July 2022:

We love our neighborhood pizza place where the food is really good and many times just sat at the bar to enjoy a semi-romantic lunch. But on this day my wife and I sat in a booth with a nice window view … a bit more romantic. I ordered something I had not tried, Olivia’s Alfredo. The menu described it as bacon, caramelized onions, mushrooms, peas, Alfredo and penne rigate. My wife ordered a small pepperoni pizza.

Mangieri’s Pizza Cafe over years has been pretty solid in providing great food and service. The pizza has its own flavor and a wide range of choices for how you like it. Sometimes they have a sale of wine and have taken advantage of it, but will have to ask the bartender where seem like hidden bar secret.

When our order arrived my pasta had great presentation. Penne pasta as the base with all the other ingredients mixed together on top in the center. It also came with some garlic bread. It was very good with nice flavor with all it combined together. I tasted my wife’s pizza and was fresh and delicious.

If you want fresh tasting pizza or other items then this place may be for you where can sit at the small bar, inside or outside seating. They also have takeout which have done many times.

Great pizzas. Everything I've eaten was very good. Salads, pasta, fried zucchini. I've dined in and also taken out.

Stoped in at 2 for a late lunch. The service was good and I had a nice quite lunch

Dog friendly patio, they even bring a dog bowl with water. Fried zucchini was awesome and the pizza is different but so good! Service was excellent! 👍

A gem in Circle C! My son’s favorite pizza place. Excellent service, cozy interior and great food. Always reliable, Highly recommended!

If you want decent or good Italian food with drinks just go here there’s no other place in the surrounding area than can match these guys the food alone is good enough and the service is amazing

Our server Connor was awesome, super nice. The food was delicious, I got the chicken parm, daughter got the kids penne alfredo, the Alfredo sauce was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

came in for lunch and ordered a spinach and goat cheese salad had a great lunch, if you come in ask for hailee for excellent service.

Small pizza with cauliflower crust now almost $20.00. Totally ridiculous. Overcharging now. What's the deal Mangieri?? Also waiter forgot the garlic bread on spaghetti meal had to remind him. Only received 1/2 of what we normally get at this restaurant we have enjoyed for 10+ years!

Good pizzas, ordered online and it was very user friendly and easy to customize my pizza and place my order for pickup at a scheduled time. I really like the crust and seasonings, make good breadsticks. Favorite toppings are ricotta and fresh basil, not a big fan of the mozzarella. Sauce is a little sweet, but perfect with fresh tomatoes. Location is easy to find and parking lot is generous. There is an outdoor patio, but not sure if dog friendly.
