We just recently bought a 24K. Generate generator back in October 2023. Nathan from Emerson Electrical Services was the staller on the unit. He was my contact from start to finish. He also was professional, knowledgeable and made the process so easy and Convenient.
On 3/17/24 our generator ran for the first time due to a power outage. It performed flawlessly with an 8 1/2 hour run time. After the power was restored, checked the oil, and did a visual inspection, there were no leaks and no issues.

I recently purchased a 24kw Generac Generator from Emerson Electrical. Nathan Miles was the salesperson and installer. I got five quotes and Emerson Electrical was as much as $3,000 cheaper than some quotes. Nathan did everything he said he would. I found him to be very honest and with a high level of integrity. I live in Lumberton city limits so the city inspector had to come out and sign off on the work. The city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of work that Nathan and Emerson Electrical does. I would highly recommend Nathan and Emerson for generator and electrical needs.

We had been thinking about and received quotes on a home generator in the past and finally decided to do it.

We have been so Blessed to be able to get one and to find Emerson’s.
From beginning to end it was a stress free process.

Nathan came and checked everything out asked us what exactly we needed the generator to run, etc. we had the quote within a couple of hours, then he came out and poured the slab needed, just a few days later the Generator was being installed, he even came at 8:15 pm once the propane company finished on their end to make sure it was working properly.
He said he wouldn’t be able to sleep until he knew it was running.

He was always on time or early and fantastic communication throughout.

48 hours later the storm came through our area and lost power.
Was perfect timing because the generator came on like a charm and things ran as if we had never lost power.

We were even called and Thanked us for our business.

Hard to find companies like this anymore.

He was very professional, helped us through every step of the process to completion and made a special trip back to answer questions and make sure we were satisfied and knew how to take care of our new generator. After discussing all the options and listening to all of his suggestions we agreed on the details. He started that same week even though the weather was terrible. Nathan came highly recommended by my neighbors and he did not disappoint. I had a tree fall on part of my house which took out the conduit pipe for my electricity and needed repairing and inspected before Entergy could come out and run new powerlines and get my lights back on.
