PNC Bank

My wife and I were in need of a bank with great customer service, user friendly interfaces, and great rates. USAA was just no longer cutting it. We shopped around New Braunfels and found this PNC location. Needless to say, we found our bank! Every staff member was exceptional, knowledgeable, and downright friendly. We worked closely with this locations new manager, Chantel, and her colleague, Vanessa. These wonderful ladies set us up with all of our necessary accounts and got us the best savings rates in our area. Overall a great experience, phenomenal service, and that small town banking feel.

Would like to give a huge thank you to Ms. Ruiz. Thank you for over exceeding your professionalism and guiding me in the right direction that helped me resolve my issue. I appreciate your concern. As a traveling Substation electrician it's hard to find the time to do anything with the bank branch. In dealing with your professional customers service you made it just way to easy and for that I will be a PNC customer for life. Thank you

THIS BANK IS THE WORST! My mother ran into two problems here.

First one was that a person accidentally send her some money thru zelle. She sent it back (as a good person would) but we later found out they put in a dispute for it back. They got the money back TWICE! She called the bank multiple times and they denied her dispute for her own money back THREE times! This took over a month. Only reason my mom got her money back is because she contacted the people who accidentally sent it. The bank was no help and the customer service people seemed relieved that my mom solved it herself. (Why do we need them if they don't want to help?)

Second is when my mom tried to just put in a deposit. The atm was full so she had to go inside. They had one teller, named Lori. She was giving my mom attitude the whole time. My mom just wanted to put in a deposit but this girl was making it difficult. She looked mid 20s and acted very unprofessional. Im 22! I know in the work place u have to be careful on how u talk to a customer. This girl didn't!

My mother will be switching banks because PNC don't act professional and don't care to help their customers!

Could not even cash a 6,000 dollar ins check. What bank does not have 6,0000 available. Joke

This branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The branch manager was unhelpful and seemed generally spiteful.

Why are they closed on Saturdays which is the only day we have time to come into the bank and do business.

Quite possibly the worst phone line service of all time, Waited on the line for 50 minutes with a simple question which Couldn’t be answered

Don’t bank with this bank they are pathetic!
