Great experience! Very helpful and loved the body scan thing, really helped me make some new goals and see where I need to improve. Also, bought some protein powder that actually tastes good!

I’ve been into fitness for a few years, but didn’t know much about supplements. Derek was extremely helpful! I bought a stack he recommended that helped me reach some long desired goals 😭🙌🏽🙏🏽 I love coming to this place. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, I’ve never had a bad experience. DEFINITELY recommend this place for all your fitness needs!!

Derek is such an amazing person who truly cares about his customers. He has pushed me to work harder, shown me some gym exercises and discussed with me extensively about his products. He understands I have many questions about the products as I have never used any before and is always ready to take the time to help me out. I have since purchased some items from him and am currently down 5 lbs. I have lost fat and gained muscle and am so happy. Went there for the first time today and I can definitely say that I will be returning. The guy working was very helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as I told him what I needed and what my goals were he was able to direct me to which products would be best and wasn’t pushy like some of the employees at some supplement stores I’ve been to in the past. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars then I would.

I used a 500 mg topical cream on my shoulder which I previously injured. I almost immediately felt results, I highly recommend. I also love the shop and it’s atmosphere! The staff are well versed in their products

I love their CBD. The prices are super competitive for top quality CBD. Their selection is fantastic. There is something for everyone. Capsules, liquid drops, gummies, and cream. They also carry broad spectrum with zero traces of THC. I won't shop anywhere else for my CBD needs.

CBD has helped tremendously with my anxiety. With anxiety, sometimes I have tension in my body, so that's a thing of the past as well. I’ve been using the oil tinctures from 5Star Nutrition and I absolutely love em. Two biggest areas for me are helping with inflammation and overall anxiety relief. I really appreciate quality CBD products that are also 3rd party tested!!

I recently visited 5 star nutrition because I had heard about CBD and its uses for pain relief. I am so glad that I did! At first I was hesitant to try anything “out of the ordinary” for me (which is usually just Advil). Wow! Since taking CBD the pain in my ankles and joints has subsided. Not only that, but I’m sleeping so much better now as well. I visited the New Braunfels location and Derek was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Absolutely amazing! Clean new shop very very educated owners and extremely friendly. Felt right at home the second we walked through the door. Greeted welcomed and helped and then any and all questions answered and then some. By far the best shop hands down I’ve ever been to.

This place is great! They are so knowledgeable and friendly. If you are just beginning working out or if you know already know you way around the gym these guys can help. Hands down best nutrition store in town! From greeting you with a smile as soon as you enter to walking you out the door. Very knowledgeable in all they have to offer. Supplements, CBD, free inbody scans and meal planning. They really take the time to listen and assist you on your fitness journey. Very grateful to have a local supplement and nutrition shop with knowledgeable staff. I have completely shifted from online purchasing to buying from Mike at Elite. I believe the product quality is better and the prices are competitive. Couple that with solid advice on what to buy and you have a one stop shop right here in New Braunfels. Life is good.
