Ideal Dental Schertz

They were great! I had recently been to a different dentist, had been checked, and was told only a couple things needed to be done but they wouldn't complete the treatment soon. Then I came here for a second opinion and there was so much the other dentist missed. Ideal gave me the most comprehensive exam I have ever had by a dentist and was able to complete a lot of my stuff the same day. All the staff was so nice and welcoming. Just found my new dentist. I highly recommend them.

My experience here was great! I don't have the best smile and teeth need a lot of work. I felt comfortable. There was no judgement. Only the want to help me. Everyone was really sweet and I will continue to go back and send family and friends.

Loved it here. It was easy to get an appointment and the doctor and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcome and got an amazing cleaning, filled two cavities.

Amazing Dentist! Husband was experiencing major toothache. They got us in and helped him right away! Very professional and caring! Definitely going back to this office for any dental issues and prevention. Outstanding! Would definitely recommend!

The receptionists, assistants, and doctors are all amazing. They answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of physically and financially. They were gentle and explained everything they were doing. They were efficient and got me out of there as soon as possible. Great experience, went in for a toothache and found out I had a cracked tooth and a missing filling on another. The doctor was nice and worked on my issues in a timely manner. Pam was great and she was very polite

I had to have a dental procedure that I anticipated to be very painful and expensive. From the time I arrived, Jane and Jasmine were so kind and helpful. Dr.Hu was so kind and gentle. She helped me to understand why I needed the treatment. It wasn't painful or expensive. I am so grateful to Dr.Hu and the staff.

I'm one of those people who unfortunately gets anxious about dental visits. I sit in the chair squeezing my hands together, trying to remain as calm as possible. But, this was by far the best dental appointment I've ever had! Pam has a gift of making people feel comfortable and laugh. She is the best! I felt so calm, like a good friend was protecting my teeth. The staff is altogether amazing, so welcoming, kind and caring. For the first time, I actually am looking forward to my next dental visit. I'm all smiles :))))

I’ve recently returned to the dentist after foregoing it for multiple years, and I had a great experience here (even with all the work that I needed to get done). Pam was so kind and warm, and she definitely helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety around visiting the dentist after so many years. Pam and Dr. Yue seem to work well together, and I appreciated the transparency and honesty in making decisions around my plan of care. Overall very happy with my experience and feeling very confident in my continuing dental care here!

Ideal Dental in Schertz is conveniently located and has a very friendly staff. I'm always greeted me by name. They explain the services being performed and provide options for future visits. They create a sense of trust every time I visit. They are very accompanying of my schedule and have even seen me for emergency procedures on a walk-in basis.

I highly recommend this dental practice. Pam and Dr. Yue are so awesome! I have so much anxiety going to the dentist, and I was actually able to relax during my visit. This was a first. Not only that, they spent quality time with me, and it made me feel at ease.

Both I and my 7 y/o see Dr. Yue. He and his staff are so caring! They’re very patient with my son and make him feel very calm and comfortable during visits - something I really wish I had as a kid. This office is wonderful and really does care about their patients!
