Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Love the salads. Service time could be a little faster. Front end staff is always pleasant. Sometimes you can see the kitchen staff on their phones or just standing around which probably contributes to the slower service. However I am grateful that my food is always hot and fresh.

Good chicken! Way better than Canes (where each extra container of sauce costs another 50 cents)! I got wings and fried mushrooms. Delicious! My husband fell in love when he was on orders out in GA. When he saw we had one nearby, he was definitely going to take the rest of us. They have kids meals. The booths have high backs so it's intimate. You usually don't see that in fast food. It looks like a sit down restaurant but it's definitely fast food (they have a drive-thru). Pleasant employees and clean facilities. Super juicy chicken and the sauces are excellent. I'll be back!

Had combination of wings and strips. Was surprised by the flavor and good amount of product. The store was nice and employees friendly. Nothing bad I can say about them.

I’ve never had a substandard experience here. I have no complaints but on another note—highly recommend the “fried white cheddar bites”.

Sensation salad was awesome! Didn't even need the sauce. First time eating here. Salad was prepared fresh to order. Definitely coming back.

Went here for a quick bite to eat, fast and friendly service. Restaurant was clean and if trays were left behind. They made sure to pick them up and clean off the table. I enjoyed my dinner with my family and will be back soon.

Cobb salad with grilled chicken was great. I'll be back tomorrow for the chicken fingers and fries. This place is 5-stars everytime.

Edit: Went back for the 6 piece strip meal - wasn't disappointed. Great meal!

The food here was so delicious that I even tried every sauce they had and OMG ..... This place is amazingggg

***Update***
We have gone thru their drive through several more times and their customer service has greatly improved and seems fairly consistent. Yesterday, we went and I ordered three wing meals. They warned me that it would take about 12 minutes. I said that was fine and parked where they told me to park. As it got close to 12 minutes a staff member came out and gave me an update and even offered me a free drink! That was exceptional customer service considering I'm at a drive thru fast food restaurant. Everything was freshly prepared. Our family recently discovered their wings. I like that they taste like they've been deep fried. So the skin is a little crunchy even with the sauce poured over it. They also have a wide range of sauces to choose from.

This place is a pretty good option in the area. Food tastes freshly prepared. Customer service is hit or miss. I imagine they are short staffed just like other establishments. So stress levels may be high. Despite that, the young man outside taking orders was pleasant but when we got to the window, the young lady handed us our bag of food and promptly shut her window without a word.

I came to Zaxby's in cibolo Texas. I got that classic club sandwich and a salad so good. Ceria took order was friendly sweet amazing girl. Ross the manager is amazing so nice and cares about his customers and staff. Y'all are so amazing thank you for making me the best meal. Way to go..

First time coming to Zaxby's and the chicken is absolutely delicious! Drive thru experience was pleasant and quick. Fries have such a good seasoning to them also. The dipping Zax sauce is very flavorful, but the chicken alone is tasty!

First time trying this place & everything was awesome. Becky was very friendly, the sweet tea is on point, the cole slaw almost taste like KFCs & the chicken is amazing. Hot, fresh, full & I'm happy. 😁

El Paso needs a Zaxby's! The curds are very good. San Antonio you're so lucky for the chicken tender variety.

Delicious, hot chicken! The Zax sauce was flavorful and the toast was warmed and buttery. Food was served in a prompt manner even though they were busy. I would definitely recommend this location for a quick bite to eat.

Great place to eat, nice people and quick service! Went to order dinner and they informed me their computer system went down, they kept us updated though the whole thing and were very accommodating for the wait time. Even though the hiccup they were kind and quick! Never got the names of the manager or employees but really appreciated all that they did! Thank you

Delicious chicken tender meals. The Asian zensation salad is delicious. The tenders are always cooked well. The variety of sauces is awesome. Employees always friendly. Food comes out relatively quickly

Took my preteen with me to eat before we headed to a play at the majestic theatre downtown. We had the best meals here. Manager walked by and greeted us and our food was delicious. I come here weekly to buy salads for the hubby and myself. Super clean inside too.
