AT&T Store

I have Directv. Their bills are not sent out in time to be mailed back in to avoid late fees. So I have to find an AT&T store to pay my bill. The young man who assisted me was exceptional. It was close to the end of the work day. He didn't rush to get me out. He was very talkative and understanding.

Jacob and Enrique are freakin CELL PHONE WIZARDS!!! I was trying to transfer my old phone to a new one, after 14 hours of tying and failing i went to the AT&T store in Cibolo. These guys had the knowledge i needed… they were very friendly and informative. I watched them juggle 8 customers at i time making sure to greet new customers immediately… I hope corporate appreciates these guys… it’s service like this that will keep me at AT&T customer for life….

Jacob, Matt & Enrique gave amazing customer service. Helped transfer our 5 lines over with new phones & all. I never felt rushed! Thanks guys I will recommend this Cibolo location.

This location in Cibolo had Amazing customer service . We went in with new phones we bought from Apple. We needed help activating our phones. They helped us with patience, and friendly service. Mathew and a young lady that was working there both helped out.

Went in thinking they couldn’t help me with my phone problem and left with my phone back working plus accessories. My goodness wonderful employees. Thank you all so much! ~THEbestexperience!

When no one else could help me undo what another AT&T agent over the phone had done with my husbands phone line, I went to the AT&T store in Cibolo desperate for help! Alejandra waited on me and as I told her the problem, she actually listened to all I had to say! and within a short amount of time had my husbands phone line restored to its original account (when all others had told me it couldn’t be done)! And, as an added bonus, helped me find a better phone plan which is what I had originally set out to do! You know the old saying “you just can’t get good help these days”? Well NOT TRUE AT THIS AT&T store! Thank you Alejandra! I wish there were more customer service people like you in this world!

Chance always provides excellent customer service. He is informative and knowledgeable regarding products and services and ensuring my service needs are met!

I have dealt with many AT&T stores and by far my experience here was exceptional. Once walking into the store I was greeted right away. The team was very helpful with an issue I was having with my phone. I am beyond amazed on the customer service I received here. Keep up the work!

Genuine caring people are easy to find here. Kamar helped resolve our “dead phone” problem and educated us with compassion regarding our protection and service plans. Instead of having to buy a new phone, Kamar sold us a proper charger and explained why that’s what was wrong. I appreciate the savings and he’s a wonderful salesman!

Although im dissapointed that at&t does not offer incentives to their loyal customers, this location and customer service rep (Joe) is top notch.

I don’t usually come on to leave reviews but I felt in this case I needed too. I’m new to the area. I went into the store inquiring about the possibility of switching to At&t from Sprint. I found the store to be clean and organized and the staff to be overwhelmingly helpful. At some point the manager Chuck came over and joined our conversation adding much insight to promotions, rates, porting numbers and choices of phones. I left there confident that I will be back to convert and am so glad I chose that location to be my new home store. It was a comforting welcome to Texas!

I don't usually write reviews but I have to give credit where it's due!! Joe has such a great personality, knowledgeable & always helps me whenever i come into the store. He's the reason i won't go to another at&t store & to top it off cleanliness is always important in a place of business but especially in today's world and I must admit this is one clean store!! Keep up the good work!!

The rep inside the store did an excellent job helping me out with the purchase of a new phone and doing his best to get me with as many discount offers they were having. Thank you for all you did for me last week.

Jacob I believe his name is was absolutely great, handled all the customers that came in at rush hour by himself at a great rate & very professional. Helped everyone to the best of his ability as best as he could or got them in the right direction. And acknowledged everyone as they walked through the door, great young man.

Great Location! Went in for some troubleshooting on my older device and Chuck was amazing in explaining everything to fix my phone. Jacob, Javier, and Victor were all very nice and together they saved my money on my At&T bills. I would definitely recommend this location for fast, friendly service with a smile. Thankyou AT&T for another fabulous experience. I will be back!!
