I recently took my 3-year-old to Doss Audiology for a hearing check, and I couldn't be more impressed with our experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only professional but also incredibly accommodating to our needs.

The office's cleanliness was exceptional, which immediately put me at ease.. It's clear that they take hygiene seriously, creating a safe environment for all visitors.

Dr. Doss was simply amazing. Her expertise and patience in working with my child was truly commendable. She made the entire process smooth and comfortable for my little one, which as a parent, I deeply appreciate!

Dr.Z here is great with children and gives lots of help to parents! She gives great explanations of everything she thinks to be going on with your child and makes sure you have resources before you leave the appointment! Very professional atmosphere, my daughter thinks it is fun to see her hearing specialist. Would recommend to all parents !!!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Doss Audiology since 2016. If six stars ⭐ were an option, I would give all the Audiologists and support staff that rating. Any unexpected issue needing attention, whether an appointment with an Audiologist or picking up parts & supplies, is handled effectively and quickly. Based on my own experiences, the bundled approach to buying hearing aides with full after purchase service is highly recommended.

The gentleman at the check-in desk was so helpful and friendly! The Audiologist Doctor was EXCELLENT! My 2 year old Granddaughter was anxious, but she walked out of Doss with a smile. Thank you all for a positive experience.

I recently purchased hearing aids from the Center and Dr. Blanco-Doe is my Audiologist. She is experienced, skilled, knowledgeable and kind. My first experience with hearing aids was 4 years ago in Greenville, SC at a different practice and it was not even close to the wonderful experience with Dr. Blanco-Doe. Her recommendations and options for me, the follow-ups and her attention to detail and my needs are instrumental in my improved hearing ability. The Center and Staff are pleasant and caring.

Doss Audiology changed my daughter’s life. They are compassionate and kind and so understanding of the full depth of issues that can come with hearing loss in children. They always are able to schedule us quickly when she needs to be seen and they always take their time to make sure you have everything you need. I can’t say enough good things.

Really great doctors with great bedside manners for kids. My daughter is 2 and likes to roam and is hesitant of things going near her ears. We had no issues. The office is also clean and refreshing to be in. A+

Dr Doss was simply amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure she made me feel comfortable and explained every step and what to expect with my ear impressions. Dr. Blanco-Doe did hearing evaluations for me and my wife, and we were very impressed with her professionalism, friendliness, attention to detail, and ability to explain the results of the hearing evaluations in an understandable way. Dr. Doss is amazing. She and her staff have helped me and my daughter every step of the way. She was devastated, to have developed ringing and, moderate hearing loss after a concussion. She can hear now. You can't tell she has an aid. She is happy and had amazing help all the way.
