Arlan's Market

I love the small town grocery store that this has remained. They have a lot of products that you don't find at the bigger stores. They also have great produce and a bakery section like no other.

One of the best small town grocery stores I’ve ever been in. Fresh produce and local tortillas, a fair selection, and they even had a few local beers. I expected a lot less, to be honest. Our server was very kind and was keen on saving us $.40 on our Cheetos. Love that kind of service.

I popped in to pick up a Sara Lee pecan coffee cake. Left with a few things I could not find anywhere else. The cashiers were the best. Friendly, patient, good humored, like favorite Aunties.

What can I say but that you will find some cool and unusual items here. The meat market has a very good butcher. Check out the side freezer with catfish nuggets. Talk about great meat prices!!! And another freezer down the dairy isle carries items like chicken feet!!! This is a very special little grocery store. They have been around for quite a while now.

It is always a pleasure to grocery shop at Arlan's instead of shopping at the big stores. Prices are comparable on most products. The produce department is fantastic and the staff is friendly.

Love this little store!! They have just about everything. Veggies are always fresh and last much longer than what you buy at Walmart. Reminds me of a friendly small town country grocery store.

The store is very clean, organized and spacious. The employees were helpful. They didn’t have long line and check was done in a timely manner.

Arlan's is great for a quick stop in when you don't want to deal with HEB. It's a small store, but they have good produce and a wide variety of items I don't find at HEB.

Beautiful store that gives you that small town feel! I love the produce here, the employees are very friendly and they have items I have not seen in years and am unable to find anywhere else! Great selection for a smaller store and the prices are very similar to much more corporate stores. I love the shelf of Arlan's brand pickles, spices and jams, its like something you would see at a general store! Very cool place that will get my future business! Buy local, the big guys don't need anymore money!

A rare remaining mom & pop grocery store. Extremely appealing & well run. Spotlessly clean. Wide aisles. Very attractive produce section. Good selection. (Some prices higher than the giant chain supermarkets, but that is of course understandable.)

I love this neighborhood market in Schertz. It's always clean and they have good prices on meat. The produce selection is sometimes limited but its always fresh and they usually have what I need. Also...I love listening to the oldies they play on the speaker.

Great service friendly employees helped me pay for an item

When I want to go fast and don’t want to deal with a ton of people I go to Arlans. Prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores, but I stuck to the sales which are great, and the items that weren’t more expensive and ended up with a cart FULL of groceries for $116. They were extremely friendly at register & customer service. Music is always good. I ended up going slow and just enjoying my trip there this past time. It’s kind of relaxing in there. Feels like a hometown store. Good vibes. Also, clean & organized nicely. I will continue going there a few times a month.

Unique grocery store. Some of the best prices for vegetables, fruits and meats. Enjoyed the sale in Blue Bell Eggnog ice cream and their own brand of soda.
