Loretta is an amazing realtor! She is very educated on all of the rules and regulations of the housing market and treated us like family. Loretta fought for us to where the selling had to pay and correct items before the contract was completed. She explained every step of the process to us and most importantly, did not waste our time and money. Loretta made sure that are request were incorporated in all of the listings that she provided to us. Loretta was awesome and I will continue to recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a house.

We recently purchased a home and Maris was our agent. She is an incredible Realtor who was with us every step of the way. It became clear early on that all we needed to do was follow her guidance and everything would work out. Don't waste your time with the big name Real Estate agencies, just reach out to Maris and you will be in great hands.

I think there are better property managers and realtors in the area. Military family used Maris as a property manager for almost 10 years. Website was old and outdated, and Maris was very poor at keeping contact with us via email. No notices of if/when something had to be replaced—just a shortened check received in the bank. No pics for proof, either.
When we decided it would be easier to have her sell our home, there were lots of issues we had to pay (estimated $10,000) for foundation repair, cracks in ceilings and walls, and mold in the attic AFTER all the general readiness to put on market. To be honest, Maris didn’t manage our property too well—minimal, at best. After all the back and forth snail mailing, she had the nerve to ask if our address was still an APO address overseas (hasn’t been for over five years). There was no staging or any other treatments to help sell our home.

Maris DID make sure we had good tenants, as that is what got her the 2-star rating.

Maris was always very curt with us and seemed annoyed anytime we got in touch with her. She DID respond quickly when ac needed repaired but all other contact was met with delays. We rented sight unseen from out of state and when we arrived in San Antonio she did not want to let us see the property before we received the keys and made a fuss about "driving all the way across town" We loved the property and neighborhood but it was not worth the hassle of dealing with the property managers.
