I had a great experience with Trent at this store yesterday. I haven’t upgraded to a new phone in years and didn’t have a back up for all my information. As a Verizon customer, I stopped by with my new phone to see if anything can be done. Trent helped me to set everything up quickly and did a complete transfer. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and took care of what I wanted. Thank you and appreciate the great customer service!

Trent provided extraordinary customer service and was dedicated to helping us meet all of our needs before we left the store. He set up our new plan, got all of our phones connected to service, and transferred data from old phones in one visit. Plus he helped find the right accessories and applied screen protectors expertly! Super courteous and knowledgeable.

JERRY!!!! Y'all, I CANNOT begin to tell you how amazed I am at what this store, and specifically Jerry, did to help me. Got me into a brand new phone within hours AND SAVED ALL MY DATA, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, TEXTS from my old phone even though the screen was working at maybe 5% of its capability. Like...no words visible, just using knowledge and expertise to navigate a broken phone to save the last 3 years of memories of my daughter and I. I can't thank him enough. He promptly called Verizon Customer Care and put me on a conference call to resolve the issue. His dedication and willingness to help were truly exceptional, and I am grateful for his unconditional support. This is the best Verizon location I’ve ever been to. Carson provided amazing customer service from our conversation on the phone to helping me get a new phone in store. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and made this process very stress free!

Trent, the manager, provided professional, patient, and outstanding service! Went above and beyond to assist with several issues left unresolved by another Verizon location. I can’t say enough about the excellent level of customer service! We live in New Braunfels, but it was so worth the drive!

Jerry was great! We stopped by to transfer a phone from a joint account to a new account after having troubles with the Verizon website. Jerry was quick to greet us and quick to explain the process. Even though the Verizon process of transferring lines has to be done solely over the phone/internet (which we didn’t know prior to walking in), he talked us through the process and sat with us the entire time, while we spoke with a Verizon phone representative.
Long story short, he was very helpful even though there was nothing we could actual do about our situation in-store. He took the time to help when he could have just given us a number to call.

My wife and I were having some serious billing issues with Verizon. When we went in there, Jerry (unfortunately. I didn't get his last name) was amazing! He walked us through all of the steps, contacted Verizon for us and made sure we understood everything they were telling us. This was after we had contacted the account people and they were absolutely useless. I would have definitely gone over to T-Mobile or ATT without Jerry. He also explained the options available to us in getting an unlimited plan and clearly explained how it would save us money. So we now have an unlimited plan that actually costs us less than the 8GB we shared before. I can only give him my highest review. Thank you Jerry!

Bryan Michelson was amazing. He was very helpful as we was making our transfer from another phone company. He also came in on his day off to help us when we had a problem mowing we couldn’t come back in on his normal work day. I strongly recommend them

Trent was a life saver! My old phone was a brick that was so outdated that the app needed couldn't be accessed. He worked absolute magic to get my info transferred. He saved me days of two finger data entry! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Incredible customer service. Moved to Verizon from AT&T a couple of days ago. Nick is among the best I’ve encountered and represents Version well. My move from AT&T didn’t go quite as planned (my fault). Nick remained cool, calm and professional as we ran into a glitch due to my actions. While we resolved the issue, Nick certainly deserves the cool under pressure award.

Came in today to upgrade my phone! Marc was AWESOME! He was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough! He even went the extra mile to get me a huge credit on accessories! He helped set up my new phone, got all of my info transferred, put on the screen protector and case! I am walking out of the store up and running! I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I also wanted a new phone in the process. Vick walked me through the whole thing step by step and all of the prices he told me were accurate. He helped me pick out what phone I would need based on my usage and even told me which screen he used on his personal device. The level of customer service he provides is phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. Won’t shop anywhere else!
