Foot Locker

This location stays extremely busy. But thanks to Alaziah, I could find exactly what I wanted and the correct size. But all the staff are there working hard to connect you with the right shoes and accessories you need.

Made a quick run to Footlocker in the Galleria Mall to pick up some shoes that released that morning. When I entered a sales associate greeted me right away and directed me where I needed to go to pick up my purchase. When asked to bring out two pairs of the same shoe for quality control comparison they did it with out hesitation. Transaction made and I was on my way.

Customer service experience was great. My 14 year old wears a size 16, but Jordan's run big. The workers were very helpful. They even found his size at another store for us.

Nikki was very helpful , friendly and polite today . She went above and beyond to help find my son shoes 🫶🏾 she even put the spider man crocs in his new crocs for me , without me asking . Shoutout to her ‼

One of the best footlockers in and around the Houston area. I never have a problem when it comes to customer service. The staff is very helpful. The only issue is it's hard to catch them on the phone. However when I do they have always been nice and very helpful.

Wait for the deals and get it for a steal like they do kindly give you otherwise 😉.... One of my go to for a mixture latest comfort wit a hint of style

This location is a hard one.There were rumors of corruption at this location but I don't believe it. I've known the manager for years, She is a great woman and is willing to help customers as much as possible. She also keeps her staff in line as well. They usually go above and beyond to find that sneaker you are looking for if possible. They just never really answer the phone, Due to high traffic in that location.

All the staff is so helpful and nice, they always know how to help and give good advise if your unsure of what to pick. Very knowledgeable of all products. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Their pleasantly friendly and helping you with finding what your looking for. Their taste of Music is what drew me in lol. I didn't find what I was looking for but I'll be back.
