Sewell has always been my go-to place for servicing and repairs. Today, they really went even higher for customer service and satisfaction. Not only did they fix my car issue, they made my son feel so special when we picked the car up after his kindergarten graduation. Many employees congratulated him and came out to clap for him. He is a little shy but hasn’t stopped telling everyone about the staff praise for him! Sewell truly cares about their clients and it always shows.

It all started 9th may early evening just before sunset when I was just going through Sewell’s Preowned inventory for a very specific car ( Nissan armada 2016-2020 with bench seats in the middle row),
I came across one which was at Sewell Cadillac, Dallas, I could not see the back seats in the pictures as there none since the vehicle had just been received as a trade in recently.
I immediately called into the showroom and the receptionist connected me to Brett Orsak, probably one of my favorite and best experiences buying a car was through him, as soon as I told him what I was looking for he went out there while face-timing me to make sure
That the middle row was a bench and to both our amazement it was.
From that moment till I received my vehicle I was given daily updates by Brett who would make it a point to check with their make ready team as soon as he got in to give me an update and delivered the vehicle a day in advanced than promised.

I will always drive a Sewell car, I purchased my car in July 2022, Willam was my sales representative, when I say above and beyond he did it for me, I can call William with concerns and he has been my go to person if need be. I used the pickup and delivery service to get maintenance completed on my car. The whole process was so quick and easy. Cesar was fantastic at keeping me updated and getting my vehicle back to me the very next day! 5 star service. Very impressed!

I've 50 years old and have purchased my share of cars. Sewell by far is the best dealership I've ever worked with. The people and service rendered are top notch. I received a recall notice on my older Cadillac and when I arrived Connor greeted me and treated my old car like it was as important as the new cars. My car was ready at the time I requested, it was spotlessly clean and was one of the best experiences I had as a car owner having service work completed. I worked at Sewell Mockingbird about 48 years ago and expected the service to have declined but can honestly say it is just as comparable or better! Have been at Sewell BMW Plano for the last two years, but have purchased a CT5 Blackwing and just finished my first service visit.

Excellent customer service . Very efficient processes to drop off car for maintenance , get a loaner , pay online , drop off loaner . Car is ready and waiting . Everyone is so pleasant . Coffee is brewing and chocolate and waters for all !

If you think that Sewell pre-owned won’t cater to you because of your financial status think again. I basically went there today with hat in hand and not only did everyone make me feel like a valued customer but The salesman who Helped us bent over backwards and worked out a sweetheart of a deal for a 2018 Nissan rogue that I thought was out of our price range. Even though we were lost in the tangle of financial paperwork he helped us through every single part of the process with our credit union without taking advantage of us. I’ve seen commercials that state the dedication that customers have to Sewell, and now because of my personal experience I would gladly join those customers in their testimonials. Sewell Cadillac Is not just a car dealership, honesty integrity and trust are all part of an experience you will never forget. Shout out to Derek Barnes who did a phenomenal job as a salesman; he made me feel like a good friend by the end of the process!
