El Queretano Mexican Restaurant

11/17/23 Visit - We are from MN and local family took us to this place for lunch. It was a nice environment with lots of space. Everything was bright & colorful!

They immediately brought chips and great salsa to the table. What a great way to start out lunch!
My wife & I had the daily special of fajitas which was only $9.49 each. Everything was great!

It was a fun family eating event. I would love to visit again if we were going to be in town longer but you know how vacations go.

Don't hesitate to give this place a try. The outside of the building doesn't look super exciting, but the inside has lots of surprises!

Everything was delicious I highly recommend eating here even if you just want a place the come have a margarita the food never disappoints

Very friendly as soon as we walked in. Waitress was very efficient, brought out chips and salsa immediately. Took our drink and food order. Service was excellent.
They have nightly specials. We were there on Thursday, do we had the 2 enchiladas, 2 puffy tacos, guacamole, rice, beans, tortillas and tea.
We had a nice enjoyable family dinner.

My Daughter and I ate here recently and loved the delicious food and I loved the rustic and artistic interior! The staff was great and the prices were very reasonable!

Food was good and lots of it. Very fresh. Atmosphere was delightful. I left my purse there and to my surprise it was at the front counter when I returned. ( very expensive)

This restaurant used to be named La Tortillita. Still, it's the same great food. No matter what time of day we go in, the service is great and the food is excellent! Whether going in as a couple or a family , we always accommodated.

They offer an excellent daily meal that is quite reasonable
we go at least once a week. Preferably on Monday or Thursday. They come highly recommended.

I change my review. Just as good as Sely's. It's my favorite Mexican restuarant. I think it's back to the original owners.

I have been many times and I have never been unhappy. Great value for my family of 4 and the kids really enjoy it. Make sure to get your quarters for the kids and the vending machines before you leave.

Moved here from New Braunfels. Was looking for a new Taco spot. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Not disappointed. Best tacos in town. Tortillas are perfect. Nice and fluffy. Definitely recommend.

It has become our Friday night go to for great Mexican food. The service is five star and they go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Walked in to place a to go order and was helped very quickly. The waitress accidentally poured an extra sweet tea and offered it to me instead of pouring it out which she didn’t have to do. The gentleman manning the register is extremely friendly and makes you feel valued. Great place to eat and I highly recommend this establishment.
