I had a 3am appointment so my experience may differ from others. After checking in on time I recieved a door immediately and was loaded in about one hour. The only downside is room for backing. They have 20 doors but only load out of a few. I had to blindside in. That was a pain to do. The ppl were great.

This was a morning. That I will never forget. I was at Dart in the wrong location just about 50ft away from. Hello Fresh parked to be unloaded. Then this yard jockey and manager disrespected me so bad until I couldn't believe it. They threatened me with the police and demanded me to get off the property like I was a pest crossing their front porch. Beating on my truck door like animals and demanding me to leave the property without even. Finding out the reason of me being there and I was trying to explain to them both I have a load that needs to be dropped. They still threaten me with police and demanding me to leave. Until after a while the yard jockey looked at my paperwork then told me that I was supposed to be next door. Hello Fresh,
Guard shack security and operations manager. Gave me the upmost respect. Their presents were so welcoming and the tone plus language made me feel safe. As truckers out there a thin line needs to be drawn especially at these warehouses. Management and workers need to act like they have professionalism with great character. We're all out here working trying to make a living but these attitudes and first impressions are terrible. We're all in this together and we need to act like it so that we all can get blessed by Jesus.

I read alot of reviews about this facility but I had none. Guard was a very pleasant woman my apt was 0800 arrived 0730 got a door right away for 2plts. Was there 1hr they even put load locks back up for next stop. Very nice people here great experience.

2am delivery, lady guard and the guy in the warehouse were great, you guys knocked it out of the park, great attitude, professional, and respectful. Thank you,

Man best hello fresh I’ve been too and I’ve been to many. Irving location held me up and Grand Prairie made sure when I got there they would have product ready to go so I can still make appt. Shipping did excellent job at this facility unlike Irving and some of rest of them. Perfect job GP TX

Security lady was so nice and pleasant. Very professional. Ez docking. Tons of room. Dock crew lightning fast. Couldn't ask for better

I usually check reviews before go to Shipper/ Receivers which i checked reviews was so bad and i was scared but when i came here it is totally different. Staff is so nice/ friendly. Especially a black lady in front desk is so friendly and humble . Why some trucker is giving bad or negative comments on this place. It is confusing to me . Foe truck guys this place is best but no-over night parking here if you want spent time here . 😒

DRIVERS: You can stage early for your load. Plenty of room to park on site without impeding the docks. Bobtails were parked along the entryway, looked like they were on break waiting for their loads.

Our pickup was 2 am, in the door, loaded and out by 315 am.

This is a great service. For the first time I feel like I know what I‘m doing in the kitchen. Everything is excellent, the quality of the food, the delivery scheduling and the customer service. And they take allergies very seriously.

Meals are tasty. I have had some problems with delivering to wrong addresses but the company has been very good with making things right. Produce is always fresh and the meats are organic.

Was loaded up ASAP when the shipping department came back from lunch. Wasn't there longer than 45 minutes. And the off-site parking was helpful as well for my break.

Great company.My delivery was for Monday 8:00 pm and they took me a day earlier and unloaded me quickly. The young girl from the guard is very nice and kind .Greetings

My appointment for hellofresh was not till noon I got there a little after 9 a.m. they got me right into a dock and got me started unloading therefore my appointment I give hello fresh a 5-star rating and all the people that were there the guard check the fence people and the shipping and receiving were all great and helpful

Too all my truck drivers! Dont be early! U will be stuck! Be there 30 early ! U will be good! Don't be late! Another appointment! It only took 1hr to unlode!

Specializes in delivering ingredients and recipes for home made cooking and they are very good at it!
Hand picked fresh ingredients that are kept fresh in transit by refrigeration and ice pack in the packages. I reccomend their recipes.

I absolutley love the meals. Arrives nicely packed and ingredients are always fresh. Super convenient for me and my family. Very much worth trying!!!

Check inn a day before 3pm. My Appointment was 7am the next day checked in at 630am got a door at 7am got out at 730am..security was friendly check in lady was friendly as well.

They are kind of strict with their pick up appointment, but once you are on door , they load fast

I’m a truck driver. This is my first time here I checked in @ 2:5 AM and I got loaded up at 04:15 AM

Hellofresh is a great food place they have some of the best chef's preparing their menu item's the beat gourmet recipe's on their menu a most try for prepared meal's sent threw mail ordering love their meals a must have
