I received beautiful Mother's Day flowers from my son who lives in Denver. He had chosen a 'Designer's Choice' arrangement thinking that the designers would have more freedom in selecting the best flowers during such a busy holiday. What a great decision that was! The flowers were gorgeous and lasted over 2 weeks. The second photo shows some wilting but that is at 16 days. Thanks so much to the staff at Kirk's for the care that they put into their craft.

Kirk’s ALWAYS delivers on time and they ALWAYS use premium flowers. My wife has loved every single arrangement that they have sent, but this last one was truly amazing. The quality of all of the pieces of this arrangement was super impressive and she was in love with them. Thank you so much Kirk’s!

Do not waste your time ordering from 1-800-Flowers where you don’t get the beautiful arrangements that you see on their website, and the price that you will pay is not worth it. I also had a very bad experience with Blooms Today and the Sarata Florist, both 800 services. Blooms Today cancelled the order I placed 2 days ago for my GF whose mother just passed. The reason was they didn’t have a florist that delivered in Oxford, PA. They should not have accepted my order then. With Sarata Florist, I ordered flowers yesterday for delivery today for my Mom’s 93’rd Birthday. Sarata guaranteed delivery for today but sent me a last minute email this morning to let me know that they cancelled my order. No reason provided. It was now 12:05pm on a Saturday. At this point, most florists in our area will no longer accept same day deliveries because they close at 1pm and their delivery drivers are already out with their deliveries.

I called my sister panicking and asked her if she knew a good florist in her area. Without hesitation, she said Kirk Flowers. It was 12:15pm now and I was praying for a miracle for them to take my order for Mom’s sake. I spoke with John, the owner, who was very emphatic and said that he will make sure that Mom receive her birthday flowers today. He asked me to call their Suburban plaza location to tell them that he gave me an okay to place my order and guaranteed that it will be delivered today, they close at 1pm. Kay took the order from me. Kay was a pleasure to talk with. She did not rush me but rather took the time to ask my flower preferences, color motif and price I’d like to pay. Like John, Kay was very emphatic. She told me not to worry because Mom will receive her beautiful flowers today!

I manage a marina in Florida where hospitality and 'going the extra mile' really makes a difference in customer satisfaction. Recently my wonderful mother of 80+ years 'fell off a ladder putting up Christmas decorations' at her home in Newark, DE. Fortunately Mom was OK and the doctors were planning to do repair a broken femur as well as replace her hip at Christiana Hospital. Knowing my mother loves flowers I placed an on line order to have them sent to her bedside the next day. That afternoon Kirk's called my directly to notify me that, "we cannot send flowers to the ER a/or ICU" I understood and advised them I would call them as soon as I knew when she was out of surgery. A few days past, I wasn't sure when she would be out of ICU so I called Kirk's and advised them "I don't know when she'll be out, I will call you as soon as I know more" To my surprise and amazement Kirk's was on top of the status and--I'm not sure how--were able to get the flowers to her as she was recovering from surgery. I received THE MOST AMAZING floral arrangement from Kirk's Flowers for my recent birthday. My friend knew I loved a "White on White" theme and Kirk delivered 1,000 percent. Without a doubt the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. I just moved to the area and I will use them going forward for all my floral needs.

So we came to town to suprise Mom while she was in town for her 70th birthday. We purchased two gorgeous arrangements that was put together with complete care. Both of the ladies working today were awesome. Very friendly, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. Great selection of flowers bouquets to select from. Plenty of gift items and cards to choose from as well. I will highly recommend this florist to anyone. Not just for the purchase items but the quality of customer service they offer. Update; I have changed my rating to five stars because their customer service did everything they could to fix this mistake.

Placed an order on Friday to be delivered to recipient Saturday. Charged my card Friday, never delivered the flowers on Saturday. There was no attempt of the florist to contact either of us. This has put me can in a horrible position as it was important they arrive on this particular date. Tried to call no answer. Sent an email no response. Would not recommend.

I live in Brazil and wanted to send flowers to a family member who lives in Howell and I couldn’t be more happy with the voice I made when ordering with Kirks Flowers! The arrangement was beautiful, the flowers were fresh and my cousin told me how polite and kind the delivery man was!

This was my first time using Kirk's, and I will continue to in the future. My wife's mother's day flowers arrived before 10am, and she loved them. At my request they left them on the doorstep. The driver, Douglas, was very courteous and professional, and even left my phone a message that he made the delivery. I highly recommend Kirk's.

I was looking for the nicest arrangement of flowers to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. I was greeted by a lovely woman with a wonderful smile. After I explained what I needed, why I needed and for whom they were for she walked away. Within 15 minutes she had crafted a large, colorful and stunning arrangement in a vase for only $50. After I had spent almost an hour online trying to decide which national florist company wasn't getting my money, I'm glad I shopped local and saved about $60. I highly recommend Kirk's for the perfect gift for your someone special. They also have old replica toys from the 50's. To wrap this up my beautiful and lovely wife adored the flowers for almost 2 weeks.

Called last minute for a funeral arrangement. These ladies are ANGELS. Beautiful arrangement and made it to the funeral home on time. Thanks a million. Will definitely use again.

Sooo happy with the service! Called a couple days ago for a Valentines arrangement to be delivered the day before Valentines Day and asked for a 7:30-3 delivery time and while they couldn't guarantee they would do their best. Well its 8:48am and delivery has been made so they exceeded my expectation! Thank you soooo much.

On November 13th Friday I had an appointment at my hairdressers two stores next to Kirk's.. I have time to spare so I decided to go into Kirk's it was the best experience I've had the young lady that was working that day it was in the afternoon sometime early afternoon she was absolutely wonderful friendly attentive she was taking care of a gentleman with a flower arrangements and was concerned if I was finding everything that I needed and I told her that I was okay that I'll wait for her to finish.. she then proceeded to go out of her way to help me find a tea press a diffuser cup she told me they keep bringing them in but they sell out she gave me the website very very concerned showing me things explaining how long they've been there I was asking her questions it was just a beautiful time. She did give me her name but unfortunately I forgot but she was not very petite very very pretty and she had a pretty mask on dark hair if I could only remember who she was she was wonderful maybe she'll remember me because I received the sample of a lip balm which I have to go back and pick some up I'll do my Christmas shopping there they have a little bit of everything for everybody from butterfly us some catchers and wine racks and things that are very very different like one of a kind that's the kind of store I like.. so thank you so much sales girl maybe you were the manager for everything you did to make me feel comfortable you'll surely see me again take care and be safe..

They did an amazing job doing all the flowers for my wedding. My husband only gets me flowers here. Their flowers are always beautiful and last a good bit of time.

So grateful to these folks for saving us in a pinch! They helped us out very last minute with prom flowers and both the corsage and boutonniere looked beautiful!
