UNO Pizzeria & Grill

This was my 1st. time dining at UNO Pizzeria & Grill. What a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious & our server Kiona was such a delight. Her beautiful personality made our day. It's nothing like having someone that goes far & beyond giving the best customer service. I know that I will be eating at UNO again. This was a day trip adventure, the next time I'll probably visit the one located about 20 minutes from my home in Canton located in Baltimore MD. Thanks for making our day, until my next trip to DC.💯❤

Took a little bit to get our food, but it was worth the wait. I had the 4 cheese pesto individual pizza, and it was excellent. My waitor was polite, accurate, and attentive. Definitely plan to return in the future. Make a reservation to save on wait time.

I work for a tour agency and have to bring students to UNO’s in DC, Union Station. I am always amazed at how quickly and efficiently the staff serve our groups, no matter if 20 or 100.

Food is always plentiful, hot and delicious. Kids love it.

This time, we had Valencia and Amber providing service. Both of these ladies were fantastic! Courteous, quick, complied with requests immediately. We didn’t feel rushed. But, were completely satisfied and happy when we left!

Outstanding and uncommon place inside DC railway station. Excellent quality food and a dedicated waitress. Amber gave us an exceptional experience. For us Frenchmen, US traditional food and atmosphere at its best. Thanks Amber

I really enjoyed it. We had a few drinks there and a small snack and it was all really good. Everyone was really nice and they didn’t mind it when we brought in some food from another restaurant. Our waitress was really nice. She seemed very upbeat and she was making jokes. I believe her name was Amber. They let us stay there for a while (maybe 30 mins) until our train arrived. Would definitely recommend if you’re at the station.

Everything was delicious! Came here with my family 2 weeks ago! Our waiter was very friendly as well. The service was pleasant and fast. We enjoyed everything here. Definitely recommend!

The food is fantastic. If you're in a hurry, I highly encourage the crab and shrimp dish; it is impeccable. The service is wonderful. Brittany, Jasmine, and Amber especially show such a kind, genuine, and personable manner to each patron that enters the establishment. They are exceptional in every way. The ideal spot to go to, the best part of DC, especially when traveling, and managing the stressful part of traveling

I eat here every time I’m in the train station. It’s very good deep dish. Weekday lunch special of Deep dish and salad is fabulous. Service is satisfactory. I’ll be back on the next trip to DC.

Amber and Empress were perfect! They served our group of a 100! They were organized, quick and very kind! It was a good dinner, I loved the variety and how fast they were to refill! Thank you so much!

When we arrived in a Wednesday at the busy hour of 5:00, we were told that there may be wait for service since they were short staffed- and there was little to NO wait. We visited the bar and were served quickly by a VERY cheerful server and were free to take our drinks to a table and wait, and within minutes we had a server. She was also very pleasant, very efficient and also happy to help us. The food was good, the wine pours were fantastic and the place was absolutely packed. I met Karen there, who is excited to be returning soon and has been a customer at this location for years. She said the service never wavered through the pandemic, and told me that made a loyal customer of her. This was my second visit in two years- and I agree!

Brought my pre-booked group in and it was so great. Harrison had everything ready for us. They already had pasta and salad on the table. As soon as we sat down, we got hot pizza delivered to us right away. Amber, Theo and Sam took great care of us, refilling our pictures of water and soda as soon as they were gone and clearing plates and bowls out of our way. They hit us with some brownies afterwards, and everybody enjoyed them

We had a great waitstaff! Alexandria, Amber, Vee, Leah, Kiona, Dominique, and Sameya were wonderful! They were so friendly and great with the kids. Everyone was very accommodating! Thank you!

We had a great meal at UNO. Almost didn’t come due to reviews but we had limited options prior to our moonlight tour. Glad we stopped. I always enjoy UNO’s pizza and this place was good.

I went here about 2 weeks ago. What happened was there manager at this establishment don't know how to make an old fashion and didn't want to help the bartender. Thought it should be the manager of this Unos to help all there workers out when their backup. Not standing behind the bar doing nothing and wasn't able to make an old fashion. That is simple drink which is a simple recipe. Which is under bartending 101. If was the owner please fire any manager that doesn't help the bartender. And test all your managers how to mix drinks.

Went on Saturday for mom/son date. Easy and simple instructions in deep dish pizza cooking class. Everyone makes their own. Cost included beverage, salad, and the experience of making your own deep dish pizza that you can take home if not able to finish there.

We used to come here and enjoyed it, had not been back for a while. Return experience was great. Farmers market deep dish pizza was excellent. Could not finish large size so we took rest home and got another hearty meal out of it. Service by Amber was exceptional. She was attentive, upbeat, knew the menu. Super conscientious about checking ingredients to ensure nothing that would affect wife’s allergy. Chose outside patio, which as we knew can be a little noisy but provides a nice view of the union station interior. Thanks for a nice date night experience!

Marie's Blueberry Mojito is flavorful, well balanced, and absolutely delicious! 10 outta 10, highly recommend! Our train got delayed and we wandered in and she took excellent care of us! If you need a home away from home while you're waiting for your train, this is the spot!

Visited UNO this weekend and will definitely be back. We had amazing service and a delicious margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon in the latter part of August 2023 around 330pm.
We were a group of 2 and were seated promptly upon walking in.
The bartender tended to us as we were seated in his section. He arrived to the table quickly and took our order and drink order.
All the employees were wearing a shirt, which read "be patient, there's like three of us." There were more than 3 employees but I personally liked the shirt.
The food was excellent. We are used to the shrimp and crab dip at home Unos in Garrett County, MD so it tasted different, but excellent. Our pizzas were deep dish individuals and they came quickly and accurately.
Very satisfied out-of-town guests!

We had the best of time! Amber S was our waitress she made us feel so so welcome and verified out order to ensure it was correct. She is so so sweet. Our drinks (a hurricane and I had a blueberry mojito) were absolutely stellar. The food was amazing as well the best pizza we’ve had here. All around we had an amazing time. This was our honeymoon after years of waiting and saving after Covid and just couldn’t have asked for a better experience especially for just an unexpected drop in that we didn’t plan. We will 100% be back every time we come to the district. Thank you to all who served, bartended, and cooked for us it was an amazing experience thank you
