The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton

Came here for a conference. It’s a gorgeous hotel. Valet is mandatory at $44 a night. Easy walking to lovely date and dining options including the Finch and the Londoner. Quick access to STK if you are looking for a great vibe restaurant. The manager, Will, did a great job with customer care. They offered free happy hour drinks and snacks. Would recommend.

The Highland Dallas was nothing short of amazing. These are some of the BEST people in hospitality! From the warmest welcome at check-in to the most genuine "see you next time" at check out, every team member we encountered made us feel like family. HUGE shout out to Allen and Etienne at check-in. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable. Special thank you to Kevin, the GM! He provided us with a nice upgrade to a renovated suite. I am still in awe.
I had to call the hotel after check-out to inquire about charges on the folio, and Garland took care of it with ease.

Absolutely loved the service and location of this hotel. The front staff was great and added a special surprise for my 40th birthday. The room itself was the only let down being quite worn down. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the jetted tub is definitely big enough for two people which we did enjoy. However, rest of the room was fraying and peeling. I do believe they are still updating the property so that's a plus. Nearby had a couple great stops including Londoners Pub and People's Last stand.

I checked in this is my favorite hotel however one of the rooms had a little bit of road noise Allen was extremely accommodated and moved me immediately I will definitely be back he is professional in courteous

I found a hidden gem hiding in plain sight! After reading some reviews, I thought this hotel wouldn't be so wonderful, but you can't always trust grumpy people!

Right from the beginning of our experience, Noe knew what he was doing at the front desk and was the perfect person to introduce us to our hotel experience. He even told us some places close by that we might be interested in. When we requested an extra blanket and sheets, he had housekeeping up on our floor literally within 2 minutes! Wow! Housekeeping for the win!

We tried out Knife and oh my! 😲 Those avocado fries, onion rings, and mac and cheese were all the best of their kind I've ever experienced! Michael was our server and he was the perfect mix of personable, knowledgeable of all the different menu options, and helpful. Ilario was on point with filling up our waters frequently and providing bread for us before our food got there. He was also quick to clean up our used, empty plates so we didn't have to have a cluttered table.

The room we got was so great! We had an amazing corner view of SMU and some of the city. The room felt more like we were living in an apartment downtown than a hotel room. We were very impressed by that!

The pool and hot tub were so beautiful to be in. The hot tub was plenty big and the infinity pool was a nice touch. I am so glad we stayed here! Can't wait to stay here again!

Had a great stay here with my family. The rooms were very nice and staff more than accommodating. Even rolled a crib up for my son. Thanks yall

Due to Delta flight cancellations had to change plans for my wifes 40th birthday. I'm really glad we found this property.

From Valet Staff, Front Desk, and even the Room Service staff were all friendly and made our stay that much better. The room was worth the price point and view as its on a corner you can see a lot.

The curtains were blackout and even had a pull down blind so you can make sure you can vampire durning the day.

The only few downsides to this property. Is the rooms is old needs a touch up. We had a king but it felt like it was maybe a queen? Normally on King we have our own divide but not here I kept rolling into my wife.

The young lady who checked me was so nice and made my day so much enjoyable. I had a long day and recognized I was military and here for a conference and immediately ensured my room was ready without any issues. She asked if I needed anything..things I didn't think I needed. I loved her personality and smile....oh and the room was amazing. She deserves alot of praise. Wish this young lady was on my team.

Had a great stay at the Highland Dallas. Came for a corporate event and Taylor took great care of me at the front desk.

My husband and I just had a wonderful stay here! Our room was clean and quiet. The decor was modern and beautiful. The AC was cold (thank goodness because it was 113 degrees outside)! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! So close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay with The Highland Dallas. The lady at the front desk was quick at checking us in and was accommodating and made it stress free when we told her we booked 2 nights under 2 separate bookings. The room was spacious and clean and stocked with all the necessities though the bathroom did seem a bit outdated. The lobby provides fruit infused ice water in the lobby 24/7 and a coffee bar during the morning hours. There is no self parking but if you want public parking, there is a shopping center within walking distance to park at your own risk. Close to a Starbucks, restaurant, and shops with easy access to the highway. The hotel does have the famous restaurant The Knife downstairs that you will probably want to make reservations for in order to get a table. There is also a spa located on the second floor. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

10 stars for this hotel and staff! We had a micro wedding and everyone in our party stayed one night and we ate at Knife. The hotel was so accommodating and made sure the bride and groom felt special on their big day! We had a great experience and definitely recommend!

Hotel lobby was so nice and clean and we were greeted with champagne! Our room was clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and kind from the front desk to the valet to the servers for breakfast. No complaints and would love to stay here again anytime I’m in the area! Beautiful hotel.

I enjoy how comfortable I feel at this hotel. It’s clean, all the staff is friendly & the bar in Knife couldn’t be better..service to food..excellent.
Everyone enjoys their food and the bartenders (who don’t change) remember so many people..most importantly ..me!

I went to Dallas for a quick stay, and the Highland was the perfect spot to relax. We ate the best dinner at Knife Steakhouse, located inside the hotel. I also had a massage at the Spa right before check out that was perfect, and the sauna was super clean. It was too cold to get into the pool, but I did walk by it, and it was super clean. The hotel and valet staff were lovely.

I would stay here again because I had such a great experience, and it’s a plus they allow dogs. 10/10

Food was amazing. Room was clean. Amazing view. The Spa tub in the room was the best. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and professional. The guy who was at the front desk at the time I checked in lied to me about fees so please read all the fine print so you don't get over charged. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Great hotel, convent location, and lots going on. If you have not had the opportunity to stay here, you're missing out.

Wonderful job with the design of this hotel! Really wish my stay has not been so short as the room and hotel were so nice. I like that the hotel has a different feel than others on the chain, the advantage of the Curio brand.

Also liked that there were good blackout blinds in the room. Kept it nice and dark. Very nice bathroom with beautiful stone and soft lighting.

Would definitely come back here to stay again.

This property will not disappoint!! Beautiful, elegant and amazing customer service. From arriving to the last day everyone was so kind and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and relaxing they have the best towels available to you. The food at the pool is so yummy. The restaurant in the hotel is AMAZING. Knife. Make a reservation please you won’t regret it. The food was mouthwatering and melted in my mouth from the truffle Mac n cheese to the steak. All of it was decadent! Awesome service too! Enjoy your stay!
