Kohl's

This was a wonderful experience. All the employees were very helpful, I would recommend this store with an 11 out of 10. My savings from the I store sale items and added discounts was great. Am looking forward to my next visit.

I had to return an online order. (I was dreading the return process.) Supervisor greeted me at the door and directed me to Customer Service. I dealt with three different employees at this store: one for the online return, one to assist me while shopping, and one at the checkout for in-store purchase. All three ladies were very kind, helpful, and friendly. They went out of their way to make my shopping experience pleasant. I wish all Kohl's stores were this friendly. Thanks so much!

I had a fantastic experience finding the perfect button down long sleeve shirt for our maternity photo shoot. Carolyn was so helpful in making sure I could try a few sizes on and giving me her thoughts. She was so patient and kind and I really appreciated her going above and beyond. Jackie opened a closed register for me so I could check out and Debbie D came and helped as well. They were all so nice. It made my shopping experience perfect on a late Friday afternoon after a long work week. Thanks to all of them!

I had a Amazon package to return. Upon entering there was a steady flow of customers. I wasn't sure of the correct line to get in. There's a desk in the front when you first enter the door. My son and I got in that particular line with other people. There was a man at the front I'm guessing maybe he's a supervisor or something. His demeanor to my son and I was kinda RUDE and Condescending. YES he directed us to the correct place it was the WHOLE undertones of how he directed us to the proper place.
Once we got back there the young man doing returns was polite,fast, knowledgeable and efficient.

Great sales and allows you to combine coupons and Kohls cash. You can buy something for every single person from the youngest to the oldest. It's pretty well organized also

This Kohl’s outlet is well maintained and well stocked. The place is clean and tidy. Plenty of stuffs are on sale.
Various items are separated and labelled properly.
There is no problem for parking as the lot is huge.
Staffs are cooperative and helpful.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Volunteered to take my wife to the restroom. Made a couple of helpful suggestions for gifts we were considering.

Shopped Target to look for particular items. They didn't have what I was looking for. I went to Kohl's. They had the items I was shopping for. Kaye help check out my items. She is very friendly, helpful & accommodating.

Sephora at kohls is very nice and girls are as well espically Sharon I have known her many years

Only went to do an Amazon return. Don't shop in the store, but on looking at the products in passing, I don't think the prices are that great for clothing.

However, they do seem to have some good prices on small kitchen appliances, which I've bought online in the past.

November 2022.I recently had a great experience at the Kohl's on Skillman. The new manager is amazing. I believe her name was Layla. I called back to get her name from one of the staff and it was a lot of noise in the background. I do know that she recently took over the store. She was so extremely nice. There was a mix-up with my package and the whole staff was so helpful . You can tell she really cares about her store and the customers. Going over and beyond. We appreciate you and welcome to the neighborhood. I will definitely shop often.

The best clothing store I've ever been to!
I am a person that detests shopping - I just won't do it...I'd rather go without.
I found my experience here so amazing tho this Black Friday with a huge amount of deals, discounts, and Kohl's bucks that I was able to basically buy a whole new winter wardrobe on $100 and a $200 gift card - and All brand names!! The deals were great, the staff is great, and the layout was easy.
When I came back to do exchanges and buy a few more Michelle J the clerk at the register helped me SO much straighten everything out, find all the discounts, and saved me so much that I left a very happy man! Such patience and consideration - on Cyber Monday !!
