I was looking for a specific make and model of Suburban. I found it online at Auto One USA and my son was in Houston on business and stopped by to test drive it for me. The Suburban was in great condition and a good price. I put a deposit on the Suburban and was on a plane in 2 days to go get the vehicle. They were ready for me and it was a great transaction. I went to the dealership to look at a car today and was very disappointed. A man across the street asked it I needed help with anything. I informed him what car I wanted to look at and he walked away. Them I want into the office were there was no one inside. We waited for a few minutes and left. Horrible dealership!

I was scammed out of my money. There wasn’t even a battery in the car and the next day after I bought it, it started turning off every time I put it in reverse. The dude said he’d lower the price for me specifically because he knew I was having a baby and he wanted my baby in “good hands”. That’s the only reason I took the car and now I see why he lowered it.

I went to this dealership to look at some cars and the main gate was closed. They need to seriously update the correct business hours. I ended up buying a car from somewhere else.
