Walmart Neighborhood Market

Polite employees even the Walmart+ booth employees were overly energetic, kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how well this store was stocked, clean, and maintained.

A good, slimmed down version of the grocery store area of any Walmart SuperCenter. Whereas in the SuperCenter you'd find, for example, 3 different chocolate cake mixes, at a Neighborhood Market, you'd instead find only 2 different chocolate cake mixes. That example applies across the board on things like yogurt, nuts, chips, and many other things. Is that bad? Not at all! Prices are the same as at the Walmart SuperCenters. The biggest difference? Fewer people to deal with and - usually - faster to get out of. This particular Neighborhood Walmart is quite well set up and organized. They do seem to be in perpetual restocking mode, but that's tolerable. I would recommend this Neighborhood Walmart to anybody.

Nice, clean and calming Walmart. It wasn't a lot of people in there and I felt settled and not overwhelmed. I would definitely visit this Walmart again.

This market is better stocked with groceries than Kroger and some other markets in the area. Since it's a neighborhood market, they do not carry typical items at a regular Walmart. Staffs are nice and helpful. Hope it maintains a positive image for a long time.

This is definitely a "neighborhood" store - smaller than the standard Walmart, but very convenient because of location and product availability. There's generally lots of parking available, and the store is usually pretty well stocked, although on a holiday weekend they can easily run out of products quickly. I was there on a late Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend and the shelves were quickly being restocked & there were lots of staff to help customers. I mention this because I generally find that to be unusual. My experience has been that most stores wait until the middle of the night to begin restocking. I applaud their decision to start restocking earlier. I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciated this decision.

Frankly, this was probably the first time I've seen this store so well stocked & well staffed!

Best neighborhood Walmart ever I have never seen employees worked so hard and help customers out with so much attention. Very clean and nice.

Nice clean store, very organized compared to others

This has to be one of the cleanest and fully stocked neighborhood Walmarts. The produce section had a great selection of food. Everything was fully stocked which I was surprised since it was right after a holiday. Everything was easy to find even with it being my first time at this particular location. The staff was super friendly also!

This location is great when I don’t want to fight the crowds at the Stafford or Sugar Land Supercenters. It’s a great location to grab a few groceries, H&B, and even household items. If any management reads this, Shelby, is one of the few Wal-Mart self checkout employees I’ve met that is always personable, remembers her customers, and actually wants to assist at the checkout lanes. Thanks!

Awesome store! The shelves are always stocked, and they have a great selection on the meat..The only bomber is that the meat prices aren't competitive... Kind of expensive.. But hey you get what you pay for! The management team is cool and very kind!

I found this store a few days ago while visiting some friends and let me say has to be one of the nicest I've seen. I absolutely love the produce here and there is a kind young man name Edwin who helped me look for certain items I had on my list.
The produce section is very well stocked. Only downside was the cashier who I believe was manager She had attitude from the moment I walked up to be checked out. Other Than that I had a good experience here

Good collection for regular household items

I love shopping here and being able to get in and out without the hassle of "big" Walmart. Always friendly staff. Never have to wait in long lines at checkout. And one of my BIGGEST issues with any retailer is when employees are pushing a cart or something and expect the customer to move and give them right-of-way. I have noticed that at this store, they ALWAYS stop and say "go ahead". Someone is definitely training their employees properly!!!

This smaller Walmart is nestled in between small businesses and family neighborhoods. This location is always clean and the customer service is consistently excellent. Although they have switched to all self checkout, I did find out this morning that you can still request a checker, which would have been helpful after struggling with scanning 4 large bags and 40 cans of cat food along with general groceries all on one cart. I should have grabbed two! Definitely realized that scanning and bagging is not my forte. LoL.
A customer representative did approach me asking if I needed assistance, most likely after watching me counting the screen over and over how many cans of food I actually captured when I was scanning every can. The one thing I like about this store location is that it keeps me away from the larger hustle and bustle location on Hiway 6 and 90 and they have pretty much have everything I need each time I go. As COVID is still present, this location is less people traffic so feel much more comfortable taking my time to shop.

Updated review: Although I have had some concerns, today a busy Saturday afternoon was a great experience. previous review: Staff is mostly rude, stockers at 4:30 blocked isles, act as if customers were in the way! Also watch expire by dates.. doesn't seem to be much over sight of bad food in the hot dog section. Over a 2 week period I told 3 different staff members that there was a package of grey hot dogs on the shelf.(front package!) last time I walked the manager to them telling him it had been 2 weeks since I noticed them & he didn't even seem to care!

I just discovered this place, since it's close to where I work. Beautiful clean place, with plenty of lighting.
Great selection of food, deli fresh meats, the popcorn chicken in the deli is always hot & delicious.
The atmosphere is great, there's always someone from the store, asking if you need help. That's a plus in my book.
I will point out, there is a small selection of registers, they do have self check out & a customer service counter.
Oh yeah, this store, has a fountain/fruit shake/community coffee section, where you can also purchase cupcakes/donuts, for that quick morning rush.
I'll definitely be going back to shop again. See you there 👍

Store is very clean and the produce section is artfully arranged. It's easy to find what I'm looking for, but if I can't find something it's easy to locate a staff member. They are very helpful. I love the self checkout, and use it all the time. Even the parking lot is free of trash and stray carts!

I shop here all the time. I never use to like the Walmart grocery stores, but when they built the one close to my house I began going there and love it. I like getting my fresh fruits and vegetables there. Milk, yogurt, eggs and other foods that are necessary for daily meal preparation. It was definitely convenient for me before and after I had foot surgery. Keep up the good work.
