My experience with German Motors Werks was exceptional. When my daughter's VW Beetle had an oil leak, Pedro's professionalism was evident. He efficiently addressed the issue, ensuring a prompt turnaround. Pedro took the time to explain the necessary processes, and upon picking up the car, he provided a detailed overview of the repairs, guiding me on what to monitor regarding the oil leak. The follow-up call demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend German Motors Werks for their expertise and excellent service.

Had a timing belt replaced on may wife's car. Pedro did his due diligence every step of the way. Conveniently scheduled and called me regularly with updated (yes, he called me, the cutomer), also saved me money in the long run with recommended honest maintanence while the car was pulled apart.
This shop will continue to have my buisness!

I've had my 15 GL63 AMG in for repairs and definitely much better option than going to the dealership. Great that they also deal with extended warranty so they handled everything professionally.

German motor Works is one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been to. It’s run by a husband and wife team. They are the nicest people I’ve ever met. If you want quality work done on your German made Automobile definitely go there

I am so glad I found German Motor Werks! Pedro was insanely professional and helpful with my extended warranty company. I have a used 2016 BMW X1 I purchased in 2019, and I bought the best extended warranty they provided. I dropped my car off and Pedro called Zurich Warranty with the issues he found. Zurich DENIED the claim and even though it was a known issue with BMW and obviously covered. I called Zurich and they told me to have the mechanic call back. So I asked Pedro to call on a three way call, and he was more than willing. Zurich tried to deny me again and Pedro kept his composure and explained for the 3rd time what was going on and why it should be covered. Zurich was so rude to him, but he kept calm. Ultimately, Zurich covered SOME of it, but Pedro was super fair with me and my out of pocket was minimal. He also didn't upsell me, he gave my car a thorough inspection and told me what to be on the lookout for when it comes to normal maintenance. He was so trustworthy and I will definitely be back!!! Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had..... and I've owned over 15 cars in my lifetime. Thank you German Motor Werks!!!

Wow what a GREAT team! I loved having Pedro and Rob taking the time to explain the problem, give you the options for repair and give you a fair price. I was ready to give up on my 2009 mini cooper s but now its running like new. It great to be able to have a trusted specialty mechanic.

Love them. They replaced the transmission on my Volkswagen, brake pads and rotors, a leak I’d had for years, and my headlights.

Great family business that’s trustworthy and knows their stuff! Pedro has the BMW Master certification. He explains everything and the prices are fair. I’ve had my 2 vehicles serviced there and they always do an amazing job and provide recommendations to ensure the vehicles keep running great!

Wow! I feel so lucky to have found Pedro and Mayra at German Motor Werks. Pedro worked on my 2013 X1, that was overdue for service, and performed needed service and repairs promptly and reasonably. His shop services VWs too, so I am taking my VW in next. It feels wonderful to have found a professional auto shop that I can trust for ongoing care of my vehicles.

Pedro and his wife @ German Motor werks are awesome. I went in for oil changes , Major mechanical jobs and he has always been open and honest. Gave me the best price. I can’t say enough good things about German Motor Werks. They have a very friends staff, fair prices, and solid work. The owner took me back and explained everything to me in detail, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and there were no surprise costs at the end. They are my new German mechanic.

I’ve taken my BMW to Pedro a few times and he has gone above and beyond with his service. My last visit, he was able to squeeze me in due to my engine coolant leaking. I was going out of town within the next day, so I was so happy he was able to fix my car. I recommend German Motor Werks for anyone who may need their BMW fixed.

Took my 2018 BMW 530e for diagnostic due having electrical malfunction. Mechanics have lots of knowledge and have top of the line tools to properly diagnose the problem. They were extremely friendly and professional. Repaired my vehicle in a timely manner with lots of care, highly recommend this shop.

I'm extremely grateful for Pedro's help. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. He is the most honest mechanic i have ever met. I was having trouble with my air bag suspension and the dealership only fixed half the problem. Do to shipping wait times on parts he was finally able to help me fix the problem.

I never take the time to write reviews but in this case its a must!!!!! Pedro was able to fix what 3 other locations failed to!!! He was great, very helpful and took the time to go over everything with me. He also offered to call my husband and go over it with him to make sure we both understood what was going on with our car and why it was still not working correctly. The car is working great now thanks to him!!! I will never go anywhere else. They work on all types of cars and always give you the best price!!!

Pedro may very well be the best Certified BMW technician in Texas. In my opinion, he is certainly the hardest working and most honest that I’ve ever run across. Pedro has been working on my BMWs for five years now, and he’s always done a perfect job, at about half the price of the dealership. Trust your BMW or Mini to Pedro. You will never be disappointed.
