Regency Inn & Suites

No frills but fit the bill. I wanted a clean budget friendly motel while I visited my grandsons for the weekend. This place fit the bill. While it's a bit dated, it is very clean and the service was very courteous. The beds were really soft. Not good for me, but probably good for others. The pillows were comfy. AC worked fine. If you're on the highway side, it's a bit noisy but nothing a tv can't drown out and after running with the kiddos I was exhausted anyways. The shower had low water pressure, but it got me clean all the same. I had a 3 day stay and my trash and towels were replaced daily. The room attendant did not enter the room if not invited. The pool is big and clean! We had fun on my last day there. I will stay again.

Devika The lady at the front desk. I love her. I’ve been here almost a month now and I actually can say. I enjoyed my time here. She’s so sweet she’s caring of others, her staff and also the people that live here. She’s kind and polite very nice and respectful and also communicates with you every time you walk by she’s checking to make sure you enjoy your stay your room is clean and if you need anything she makes me not want to leave here I can I could stay forever. Everybody who works here. I like them very much mannered and respectful hotel. I never lived suit and enjoyed it nice quiet and peaceful. On the side of 183 close enough to the airport in other areas.☺

After my previous hotel overbooked for the eclipse without telling me, I was very scared I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else at 1:30am. I was tired and angry calling different places without any luck. Then miraculously I found the Regency Inn had a room to spare.

Hari at reception was friendly, professional and he did all that he could to help me. He was so good that it has prompted me to write my first ever Google review! I will be writing my second review of the previous hotel once I get my money back, where the staff member was so rude and unhelpful, he wouldn't even let me use their phone to try and arrange somewhere else to stay.

Hari, thanks again. And thanks to all the other staff who have been amazing too.

The hotel is great with a decent continental breakfast and it's not too far from downtown Dallas.

First Thing, no bugs.. The front desk is wonderful and helpful. The rooms are nice.. easy in and out back on 183 highway. Just enough wonderful for the time I stay there.. breakfast starts at 6 am and ends at 8:30. I wish the coffee stick around to 10 am.. Thank you Paul.

Devika, the employee at the front desk, was VERY helpful in assisting me when I had to make a sudden reservation with little notice because I had issues with another hotel. Definitely ask for her if you plan on staying here. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, and the room is cozy while it’s relatively close to the airport if you’re traveling - A great place to stay! Will definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Expedia set us up with Regency because they overbooked us elsewhere. Cleanest room I have ever stayed in. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was awesome, but I gotta give a special shout out to Devita. She made the stay super awesome. Thanks Devita!

Pleasantly surprised by how nice it is here! Check in was easy, room was very clean, and the TV is pretty big.

This is the nicest hotel with amenities for the price. And because I am handicapped, they help me at check-in and they help me get my things to my room. The staff is especially friendly and the rooms are clean. They have hot breakfast in the morning (but they need to improve on it) and I was given $5 off for room service! a single room for me for one night was $78 including tax. I will definitely come back in the near future.

I stayed here for a week and I liked the clean rooms, regular room service, and pretty reasonable rates for the rooms. It's location is also perfect because it's near from AT&T Stadium and DFW Airport as well. During whole one week there were no cheap people or any sound or bad smell like other motels. I would definitely choose it again when I visit AT&T Stadium again in future!

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff’s warmth and assistance were exceptional. Being close to the airport and major attractions made my stay not only convenient but also unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Great for a last-minute flight cancelation/layover. Economical, clean and comfortable. Convenient serve yourself complimentary breakfast items, juice, coffee, cereal selection, breakfast sandwiches, danish, toast, etc.

I booked an extra day at the Regency Inn & Suites in Euless. Devika the manager was very nice and accommodating. She went beyond her job to try and find me a room, when the motel was full. I really would like to thank Devika for her help.

Devika and the staff provide EXCELLENT service, I stay here on a regular basis and have never had any complaints to give or bad experiences.

This hotel seems family owned and they were so sweet & helpful! I stay in a lot of inexpensive hotel/motels like this one because i travel on a budget a lot and I’ve never been happier- for the price! It’s SUPER affordable BUT the beds are comfy and it’s CLEAN! Those are the two most important things for me! The staff were amazing- they checked me in easily and effortlessly and they helped me switch rooms to a double bed at the last minute! The energy when you walk in is great!! Location is awesome too close to airport and everything I needed! Thank you Regency Inn!!

My experience at Regency Inn & Suites. The Manage Mrs. Devika was very nice and very helpful. The room was nice and clean the air conditioner was cool.

Very kind and helpful. The absolute best. I was in a car accident here in a town I'm not from early in the morning, I needed a room and no where but here was willing to help. They made sure I was in a comfortable quiet room and even let me borrow their charger for a couple days. Such kind hearted people are found here, will always greet you with a smile and wave even if they're busy flipping out rooms. They have made a life time customer out of me.. Ill be coming to Dallas alot now for work, I know where I'll be staying!!!! 🤗🤗🤗

Me and my family stayed here 7days the staff the not bug us , the breakfast could have been a little better. But it was a great stay

2 of us stayed here for 3 nights when we attended Wrestlemania in Arlington this April. We flew from Scotland and flights were over 1.2k so we had to scrimp on funds for our hotel. Cost us 130 GBP for the 3 nights and for the price we paid we were happy. Room was clean. Bed sheets were thin but we are used to the Scottish cold so the sheets were warm enough for us in the Texas springtime. We hardly spent any time in the room as we were out most of the time. Basically just slept in it and showered. But would definitely stay again.

Came here on a whim for a concert when everything was booked and Regency did not disappoint, they were very welcoming and were very helpful considering im not from Dallas, the owners were very kind and friendly. The whole place was so quiet and very clean. I will come back here whenever I come back to Dallas

I absolutely love this establishment. The customer service, the friendly staff, the clean and spacious rooms, and the price point are all out of this world! Not to mention they offer smoking rooms. Thank you Bob for alwas making your guests feel at home.
