TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Bedford

I missed a flight and had to unexpectantly spend the night at this hotel because it was close to the airport. I was so pleased to a hotel that made me feel so comfortable. I spoke with David on the phone, he greeted me at check-in. He was so gracious! Room was clean, breakfast good. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff is amazing. Had to stay here for 2 weeks during a home renovation. David especially made sure our stay was great. I want to extend a big thank you to all the staff there. Couldn’t be happier about our stay at TownePlace Suites.

My room is very spacious with a spacious bathroom as well. All staff is friendly, hospitable, and seem to be very happy that I’m here! Every morning there is a quality breakfast prepared by staff who obviously take pride in their mission and are very forthcoming about offering help if anything is needed. The location is off the main drag and feels a little park like. And of course they like dogs here so that’s a huge stroke in their favor. Finally you can’t beat the price.

Wow, this place was awesome, great location, close to plenty of restaurants, and shopping. Their price is a little less than most hotels in the area, this place is so worth it. Employees always say hi and are so helpful. I will definitely be back to stay again. Good internet!

Great location in the back so off the main road and far away enough not to hear the hwy when you can see it. Walking distance to restaurants and fast food places

Liked this place although smaller areas like breakfast area and the bathrooms are a tad tight. I liked the outside bc it's quiet and peaceful for a moment of clarity.
I think the offerings at the grab and go snack spot downstairs are over priced but in a pinch, they're great.

I liked the room layout. (2 queen + pullout couch)

Had to stay here in between apartments for 2 weeks...first and foremost the location is everything! Close to banks,eating, highway access and shopping..hotel is well kept,quiet and pet friendly($169.00 pet fee)...rooms are spacious and equipped with full refrigerator, stove,dishes and everytjing needed for an extended stay..staff was AMAZING👏🏾..Big Kudos to Ms.Minnie & Ms.Joyce for making the best breakfast! Definitely a great feeling waking up to a variety of hot and hearty things to eat..front desk staff also goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is pleasant..thank you Ester, Paula, Ana & Todd for being so accommodating..Would highly recommend THIS location..

High ratings because David at the front desk took great care of me after I screwed up my reservation. Location was good. Property is a little dated, but the prices reflect that so I couldn’t be mad.

Everyone at the front desk, from first shift to night shift are super people! Very Friendly & always helpful & accommodating . They remember me every time I come in from Georgia to Dallas for work. This is a great place to stay. Rooms are really nice and it had it's own kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook in the room and outside on a gas grill. If we need to stay somewhere in the HEB area we will stay here.

I am an ambassador elite member- meaning I stay in hotels all week every week. When I am in the area I will only stay at this hotel- due to David!! David is amazing at what he does. Being on the road non stop David makes me feel like I am coming home each time I check in. He gives me amazing service, conversation and ideas for restaurants in the area. If you’re looking for a great experience see David! Promise you will be happy you did.

Great room very clean it had everything that you need for a great stay highly recommended stove,freezer, dishwasher, dishes almost like being at home

Thank you Tom, the good-looking gentlemen behind the front desk!! He went above & beyond to accommodate my needs. He took the time to listen and went out of his way to make sure my stay was awesome. All hotel staff should follow his example of great customer service. Rooms are clean and comfortable too. Highly recommend staying here thanks to him!

Miss Wanda takes care of the breakfast. She cares about her job and I loved every morning coming down to eat. It was better to me than going to a Dennys or fast food, and you really can feel she does care.
The front desk staff is also helpful, and we had no problems they couldn't take care of
Housekeeping was quick and very friendly ( they loved our kitty) . I'd recommend it based on the employees, it does feel like you are staying with family and friends.

I recently stayed with my family and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. I had an excellent stay and I really recommend this hotel. I had a little inconvenience on Saturday and the maintenance guy was immediately there to fix my problem. It was really good service and definitely recommend it 👍👍

Recieved a friendly check-in, decent breakfast, clean room. This hotel is a bit further back off the highway which is nice. That helps eliminate the sound of cars on the road. Noise above/next to other rooms does travel through a bit, but not too much. Amenities are not exquisite, but good overall.

Great staff. I had driven all night and arrived early in need of a room. The general manager of the hotel heard my story and went above and beyond to get me into a room quickly even though none were actually available for checkin yet. The place is made great by its kind, helpful staff.

Great location and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable. Check in was a bit longer than usual however the front desk agent was pleasant and cooperative. Definitely recommend this location.

I can't say enough about the Town Place Suites by Marriott in Bedford Texas. The staff here is fantastic!!!!! Hotel is fantastic also.We always feel at home when we are there. Our rooms are always clean and smell good. The beds sleep great. The staff is always willing to help. My husband and I always stay here when we are in the area. If we could we would rate them a 100 stars.Thank you, to the staff at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Bedford, TX. We're the staff goes beyond the Call of Duty.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I were in a need of a place to stay and it was like family when we arrived. The manager (Bookie) was amazing and her staff is too! Shante was so kind and warm , Brandi was always smiling and has a great attitude, Luz was so kind and thoughtful, Devon is the bomb! we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and feel like home! Thank you guys so much for our new place to stay and new family!
