The cabinets we bought are absolutely beautiful. Shari out of the Houston store has been great! I needed some extra cam locks and she went out of her way, on her own time to mail them to me. I screwed up our measurements and had to order a few more cabinets and she worked hard to help me get the original discount I had with my original order. Absolutely some of the best customer service I have encountered since we started our build. The cabinets are top quality, all wood and gorgeous. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

It was an Excellent experience working with Charles Carter, he was professional and helped in everywhere way that he could, making suggestions when asked, following up with any questions we may have had, very patient when we decided we would change our minds, on certain plans. Our Kitchen and Bath Designer, Bess Parks, of the Cabinets ToGo
at 11760 S Sam Houston Pkwy West , was absolutely fabulous! She was knowledgeable, patient and understanding of my house building situation, needs and concerns. Bess was a great liaison and awesome consultant!

After a months-long exhaustive search for free-standing pantry cabinets, that I could assemble and install, at a reasonable price, I emailed Cabinets To Go to request a free virtual consultation. Within 30 minutes, I received an email response from Bess at Rooms To Go to confirm a 1.5 hour window of time to discuss our cabinetry needs for the following day.

The following afternoon, I spoke with Bess over the phone and she was more than patient with my flurry of questions. She provided knowledgeable, sound advice and a short time later, we were provided a highly-detailed estimate, a scaled layout and a detailed view of the cabinets installed.

The following day, my wife & I drove to the local showroom to see the actual color and style of the cabinet style we had selected and discuss the purchase and delivery details with Bess. Again, Bess was extremely cordial and not only completed our purchase but took the time to discuss a small bathroom remodel we have been contemplating in the near future.

Bottom line, anyone who thinks customer service is dead has never worked with Bess at Cabinets To Go. I highly recommend Cabinets To Go, and Bess in particular, for consideration for all cabinetry needs. Be sure to ask about any available discounts, including Veteran/Military discounts!
