I come to this location exclusively for the customer service and knowledgeable recommendations. The ladies are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the store is clean and stocked. I met the CEO today when he popped in to check on the store & he bought me a flat iron so I could try the ION brand!!!
They’ve met my needs & exceeded my expectations... and if you don’t see/know what you need, just ask!

The young women at Sally's were so helpful in finding what I needed. I was looking for a new product and wasn't sure what to use. I was in such a hurry, they were about to close. The staff was so very helpful. And they did not rush me or sass me for showing up at closing. Good line of products. My one bad statement/ experiance truly word be in regards to the parking lot. Which is kinda dangerous cause of the high traffic. However that should not reflect on the store.

The customer service I received was absolutely amazing! I'm a simple girl who never does her hair bc it's super long and thick.
Well, my brother bought me a wand for Christmas and I finally got around to exchanging it due to the fact that when I tried using it, it wasn't working for me.
In arriving to the store, I attempted to get the task of exchanging done all by myself. (In regards to finding the right size wand for my hair type)
Now, keep in mind, I never do my hair and I've finally convinced myself to take an interest and attempt to find any and all tools that would make the process easier along the way.
So, anyhow, after I had attempted alone, I decided to go back up front and ask for help and I decided to go with the lady who I thought looked the most experienced in the hair department. And, needless to say, I found her! If I'm correct, she stated her name was Cash. If not, possibly Cat?
All in all, I went in to return the original wand that my brother gifted me and came home feeling more confident in my decision to exchange/return the wand. As well as more confident on tackling my hair that compares to that of Mufasa haha
Also, just a fun fact, I came home with 6 items vs 1. I came home with my new wand, a pair of heart shaped ruby earrings, a dozen hair clips, a recommended dry shampoo (to assist me with the process) and additional metal clips. Oh! And ya can't forget the lip matte!

I came to this location today after another location in Denton Texas on University Dr were rude and acted like two customers didn’t come in. As soon as me and my sister walked in we were greeted , everyone spoke and they helped me find what I was looking for in less than a min. Thank you so much for treating us as customers.

Very warm and friendly great customer service! Girls know what they're talking about, we're able to direct me and inform me to the exact item I needed as soon as I walked in my store. Will definetly be returning to this location.

Went here with my girlfriend. Although I wasn't buying anything the staff was very friendly. They even shared stories about some products to help my lady figure out what she actually needed and wanted.
