EVO Cinemas Belterra + IMAX

I had an extraordinary cinematic experience at the IMAX theater near Dripping Springs in Belterra, Texas at this new EVO site! The state-of-the-art IMAX technology provided unparalleled visual immersion, making the movie truly come to life. The added bonus of an arcade heightened the entertainment value, offering pre or post-movie fun. The presence of a well-equipped bar allowed for a delightful evening with refreshing drinks. The friendly staff and overall atmosphere created a memorable movie night. This IMAX theater in Belterra is a must-visit for cinema enthusiasts looking for a top-notch experience with extra perks! It’s a short drive from Kyle or Buda, And I’m glad to see Austin have another IMAX option!! — and my wife swears that they have the best calibrated Coke machine around!!!

Amazing experience every time we visit Evo Cinemas , friendly staff, the food is delicious , and of course the IMAX Technology is incredible . Our perfect family friendly place to visit where you can get everything in one place ( games, movies and food)

Prices are the best in Austin and even better if you go on $5 Tuesday.
Staff has always been great and given the fact you can eat in your seats, it’s pretty clean all around. Just watched Dune 2 in IMAX and felt like they adjusted the sound so you don’t blow out your ears. The last 2 movies I saw in IMAX, while enjoyable, were pretty loud and my Apple Watch even warned me about the noise level haha.
Seats are comfy for a long movie and plenty of space. Assigned seating so you know before you go in where you’ll be.

Saw Dune Part II here in IMAX. Much more comfortable than the AMC at Barton Creek's IMAX. Pretzel Bites were very good and fairly priced, love that you can just order at the counter and they'll bring the food to your seat. Bathrooms were clean. All around great experience and I will be returning!

My only complaint is the moth that showed its face twice during the show.

Fun experience every time I went here. They have the really nice leaning back chairs and trays at every seat! The popcorn and coke is a little bit on the expensive side, but I guess it makes sense cause it's a movie theater. The staff are either really nice and friendly or the exact opposite. You just gotta get a good day! Also, Benjamin Clark, a past employee, was amazing!! He would serve people with a smile on his face, even on very busy days!!

Great service, clean theatre, kind staff, and a pretty darn good IMAX with Laser theater despite the small size. Not what I was expecting! Thanks to the staff for their hard work.

The theater is close to home. Getting tickets was easy, the theater was clean, the reclining seats were comfy and the sound was clear. The whole experience could not have been better.

Had a very new and exciting experience at this evo location today with my family. I really enjoyed the unique design of this theatre, with the screens being on the second floor and having the main lobby and gaming room on the first floor. Very quick with reviving out order of food and beverages. The game was extremely fun for my daughter who won 3 giant ball from the claw machine.

EVO is a fun, family friendly and clean experience. The food and drink is good and the sound and visual experience is very good, as well! The new arcade is super fun with lots to chose from and pretty neat prizes! Come support your local theater.

This place is great. Diego helped us out and the staff were very accommodating. Cool video arcade for the kids too

My wife and I watched Boys in the Boat in the middle of the day and we had choice seats and were alone. We didn't order food but the atmosphere was great

Awesome. Seats are comfortable and recline. You can get refills on your drinks without asking. They offer a kid's snack pack that's only like six dollars. Small Coke popcorn and a package of gummy bears or m&m's. They are undergoing a remodel, but I'm sure it will be even better than it is today.

Just wanted to call out AJ Haynes for amazing customer service this evening at Evo. My wife and I have been coming to Evo (and Sky Cinema before that) for years and are grateful to have people like AJ here at Evo.

i showed up early so i was waiting for my movie in the lobby - i was only there for maybe 30 mins and i saw 2 very rude people interacting with staff - the staff handled it very well (even though they were low staffed) and the manager was nice

This is our favorite theatre in the area and probably in all of Austin. We were happy to find out last weekend that they continue to improve this location by adding an IMAX screen and also an arcade. The service is always fast and friendly.

The staff at Evo Belterra is so attentive and helpful. Especially AJ Haynes who helped us with an issue with our tickets. I highly recommend this cinema!

Art , a manager, was amazing today! I accidentally bought tickets to the wrong Evo for our 3 granddaughters to see Wish. And it was too late to make it to the other theatre .

Love EVO! Staff is hospitable and love the new arcade. Food quality has also been raised, Belterra needed this!

I had a fantastic experience at the movie theater thanks to a helpful and friendly young man who brought me food. He was not only attentive but also quiet attractive. His excellent service added to my enjoyment of the movie. I believe his name was Payton! I highly recommend this theater for its exceptional staff!
