We have 5 cars in our family from Range rover to Honda accord and we bring our cars here. They do an excellent job and they are affordable. basically i saved a lot from not going to the dealership. Also, the manager is one of a kind. Its not all about money but treats you with respect which i think is a great customer quality. Will definitely keep coming back.

I just moved from Tampa to Houston & my car got rear ended, I was stressed out not really knowing any good places I could take my car. I came across this place & i’m so happy I did. They were so professional & efficient & kept me updated with everything. Not to mention the work they do is absolutely amazing!!! My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. Fred & Nick are amazing!

Infiniti G37- Had a leaking valve gasket cover which had gone untreated for at least a year. I finally called around to get some price quotes as I knew exactly what I needed done. Firestone was trying to rob me, $600 for the repair and another $600 to replace the spark plugs. No way!!!!! Called another shop that I recently received a State inspection at but they only cared about getting me in the door. I was told they need vehicle specifications and when I offered to give all pertinent information, I was then hustled again "We cant help you over the phone". 3rd time is a charm, I called Good One Automotive and was told they would call me right back after checking the part availability. I received a call 30 minutes later and was quoted a very respectable $495 out the door. Also, I had go work so I sent my wife to the shop with our G and she was NOT pitched a bunch of non needed items we didn't request. They simply did the job at hand and fixed my seat belt tensioner as it was slightly tangled. Needless to say, the technician I spoke with which I will later add the name, was very professional. The part was ordered and the next day my car fixed. The backfiring has stopped, my engine no longer overheats, my gas mileage has greatly increased and my idle is now calm and steady. This shop makes you WANT to maintain your vehicle as you know quality work will be given. My engine isn't too complex but isn't a 4 banger neither so care is needed. I was worried I might have blown a head gasket, etc so when the technician gave my wife reassurance our engine is "good to go", its like a doctor telling you the lump in your head is not a tumor. Thank you again Good One... I found a mechanic for life. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure your customers can afford the service and actually get QUALITY work done. I doubt Ill need to use the free 1 year warranty as they did everything right the first time.

I can't begin to tell you what a fantastic experience I had dealing with Mr. Williams and Good One Automotive. Not only was their shop clean and organized, service beyond expectations, knowledge and diagnostics above par and pricing completely affordable, but they were able to get my vehicle in and out in less then 2 days. My vehicle's rear-end completely failed on Westpark Tollway and I was fortunate enough to find them conveniently located less then a 1/4 mile down the road directly on the Westpark feeder.

Ivory has only been fair and upfront when it came to all maintenance and repairs. Never any double talk or misinformation. Been bringing him my vehicles since 2007.

As soon as i walked in i was greated well. I told the gentlemen my issue and what i wanted and he gave me there price. As soon as i agreed they started on my car. He would always come in and let me know everything they were doing. Which is a +. They found the problem and took me to see the problem. Shows how honest they are and care about there customers. Im very pleased and will be returning for any other problem i may have in the future. A++.

Ara and Bobby always take care of me there. I just took my truck up there after getting a quote from Driver's Automotive to change the differential fluid in the axle. Ara charged me 1/5 the price that I was quoted at Driver's. They are good, honest mechanics that rely on integrity and great customer service as their business model.

I’ve gotten my oil changed and state inspection done here many times, nothing more than that, but they’ve always taken care of my car very quickly, have always done work correctly, and have always been honest. When it comes to mechanic shops, those are the only things that matter.

I recommend all of my friends to come see Ivory Williams. I have had him as my car guy for years since before he moved to this new location. He takes good care of us and is honest and friendly.

I have been taking my cat here for regular service for years. Ivory is great and I have been satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this shop.

On a side note:Every year we waste our time for state inspection! There should be done every 3-5 years depends on car’s condition, records and so on...
