I received a great deal for my furniture and was welcomed with open arms by the workers. Specifically Bonnie and the amazing team they have were amazing and very helpful. Bonnie was very patient and answered every question I had. The team was very nice and helped me decide on everything they showed me. Lastly, Bonnie and the other amazing young women were kind enough to show me all of the things they had and gave me time to make a decision. I was able to get everything I was looking for and the best part was that every thing was in stock! Overall I had a great experience at this location and will recommend to everyone in the Wilmington area!

I have been a customer of of the Rent a Center store in New Castle for many years, mostly for Laptops.
First, let me tell you that the person who left a negative comment must have lots of issues because, her remark is surrounded by several very positive comments, based on my, and other's experiences, negatives should be ignored, they are not true! I have been going there, as a customer for years, and first let me tell you that the location is Spotless! Let me add, that the manager and all who work in the store are the nicest people in retail I have ever known. for me, it is Not just a business experience, it is all very personal and friendly,. Let me bring your attention to Tasha, and Lamar, her top supervisor. They have done everything for me, from ordering a special order, to calling me to make me aware of specials, and telling me when a device comes in, which I might like It isn't that, when I call to make a payment, of appear in person to do that, that it is all business, it is more friendly, and I have a special friendship with both Tasha and Lamar, Lamar being one of the hardest worker I know in a retail store, and he does everything to make sure he serves his customers with the highest level of professionalism. I would not, myself, go to any other location but to the store in New Castle, Delaware, where as soon as you walk in, you are treated as a special person and as a special customer. I recommend, that you go in there, see anyone, say hi to Tasha and Lamar, and tell them Rob said to say hi. They are the best ! In everything you want in a Rent-A- Center Store!

Well let me tell you about Lamar. That man will make sure that the customers are Satified. He always helps me out with any questions or problems that I might have. He is the best and I wouldn't change him for the world and neither should the company. Talking to Lamar will make u feel better about ur decisions when it comes to rent a center. I can say so much more within the last yr but I'm gonna leave it here. Thanks Lamar for all that u do, keep u that good attitude and the love u have for ya job.

I came into the New Castle De location to rent a sofa set for the holidays because the set we ordered has been delayed 4 times. LaMar assisted me with the transaction. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He even went above and beyond and tried to find the set I really wanted. If you are looking to rent a sofa long or short term this is your go to store. Ask for LaMar I know he will take good care of you. We need more associates that care about people more than just a sale.

They are the best!! Very nice super respectful. Make you feel like family. Always giving out deals Fred the manager has to be the nicest guy ever would recommend to anyone!!!

The manager Tasha Goldsberry and Mike or Eric, were great help when I need different items for my house. Especially when my fridge broke. They make the experience so easy and effortless. Thanks to both of them.

I got an really great piece from this store for my dining room, the store manager was very helpful and made it easy to manage my payments. Looking to get a new mattress soon, will definitely get it from rent a center.

The manger Natosha Goldsberry was very helpful and the store was clean she also helped me find bunk beds for my kids room and i got same day delivery which was wonderful would recommended this store to family and friends

Everytime I walk in they're friendly....I feel like I've known them for yrs. Best experience I've had renting anything and would recommend them to anyone

Excellent service. I always go to these when I'm in a pinch and want to have an amazing fight night or finals party. Will continue renting from here the future.
