Mrs. Laura made me feel comfortable while I was there and she's down to earth. If your looking for a PCP I recommend her!! Great atmosphere

I'm always able to get right in. Dr. Laura is very professional and always takes her time. She listens to her patients and explains her procedures completely.

Laura, Dr Z, Tiffany and the whole team are great. They listened and helped find the best solution for me.

Exceptional place to receive care, they were quick to get me back and the physician was in within a few minutes! He was very courteous and listened to my complaints.Jessica and Crystal are the sweetest and made me feel comfortable. I’m so glad to have found a local with the patients health as their main goal, not to mention patient satisfaction! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Phynet of Kilgore!

Excellent! We where scared that my dad had pneumonia bc his oxygen was low and he was really weak and tired, the quick care told my Dad he wasn't sick enough to be there to go home and wait. Dr. Medley and his staff took such good care of my dad (Guy Hargrave). They are very thorough and made sure we got taken care of. The best Dr. office in Kilgore, I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service and care. Megan Poe is an excellent provider, and I will definitely be seeing her again in the future.

They have took care of my grandkids for 3 years now. The staff is wonderful.

Love the doctors

Brooke is really harsh. Not a very pleasant or understanding woman. She helped the absolutely bare minimum on my visit. She drastically reduced my medicine I have already been on and now my day from sun up to sun down is a struggle. She does what she thinks is good without taking into serious consideration of what you say or are going through

Anyone else having trouble getting their medication at PhyNet - Kilgore Clinic I have had a prescription from the doctor “sent in” Monday. Nothing. Called Tuesday and the nurse claims she sent it again, called CVS. Nothing. Called Wednesday and left and message, no response. Called CVS still nothing. Waited all Thursday with no call. It’s now Friday… no medication. Called earlier got the machine, left yet another message. If you are sending things in electronically and it’s not working alllllllllllll week CALL it in. This is the second time this has happened. Has this happened to everyone else?

They waited almost a full day to call in my prescriptions, then called them into the wrong pharmacy. When I called, I got voicemail 20 times before ever getting to talk to a person. Then they got combative and were very rude.

Scam. I asked the front desk and doctor what the total cost would be for my labs. I paid in full and then got a $200 bill a month later. I would have gone somewhere else if they were going to charge me that much for labs.
Called them and they told me they would “inform the front desk.” Front desk should know they have to tell people they will be charged more after the visit.
Who doesn’t know they have to inform patients of charges when asked?
