I was really upset and distressed over an issue on my account. After the csr failed to resolve my issue, I went into the bank and spoke with one of tellers. She went out of her way along with a manager, to ensure their was no suspicious issues on my account and they created a new acct for me. I value the service I received and will never forget it.

Best customer service I have had in a while was with RBFCU on FM 3009 in Schertz, TX! I went to speak to a loan officer about a vehicle loan and even before becoming a member, they made me feel as though I was already a valued member with them. I was a little anxious to speak with someone, but everyone made me feel very welcome, at ease, and comfortable. The representative I spoke with was very genuine and concerned. She had a very knowledgeable answer for every question I had, and took the time to share some insight and tips with me. I could tell that everyone was there to ensure I left as a happy and satisfied member. It was great being in a warm and friendly environment, where everyone made you feel welcome and important and every rep was there to cater to their members' needs.
