Great for our 12 hour layover, comfortable rooms. restaurants nearby and the manager was a wonderful lady.

The room was nice and comfortable. The counter and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy 5 stars thanks to Bre! After traveling for 14 hours I was totally destroyed. I never thought walking in to a hotel would be a highlight of my day but here we go. Rarely it seems people on late shift care about much, but I met one of the nicest people ever tonight. I was greeted by the most welcoming and kind host, late at night, while I was sweaty and gross, and she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She introduced herself as Bre. As a Bon Voy member I’m used to all the “kind” greetings. But there was something that just struck me about Bre and how genuine she was, so I just had to leave a review. Maybe it was the complimentary tooth paste, the kind smile… I’m just not sure, but what I am sure about is that she made me feel at home. Also, what I am sure about is that this is the kind of people I hope to hire for my business and I’ll be here again in 6 weeks. If this is the kind of hospitality i should expect then the bar has been firmly raised. Kudos to Bre and whoever hired her, this hotel is my new go-to for DFW business trips.

Like to stay at local hotels to get some time out of the house. Usually I am not too happy with hotels in this area (even rude at both hiltons) I wanted to try a new hotel and I have not been disappointed with one thing. We have a balcony and it’s so beautiful outside. The room is clean and nice, great bed, and coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave in the room. The lounge is so nice and the employees are so pleasant to talk to. It’s not like a 5 star hotel but they get 5 stars from me.

Perfect for a quick little overnight stay on our way home. Clean, friendly and a comfortable bed!

Nice room, but again Marriott, horrible pillows. Need to buy into whichever pillows Hampton and Holiday Inn are using.

Friendly staff, good environment with all necessary amenities.
The hotel is clean and offer a very good comfort including room and bar service.

Accommodated us with good pricing last minute after a cancellation with Airbnb. Friendly staff and clean rooms and common areas. Only complaint is the pillows on the bed are really uncomfortable. Other than that our stay was good.

Great location and Amazing Staff 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I had just gotten in from the Airport and was pleasantly greeted by the staff here, very friendly and helpful! The bar has some of the Best drinks hands down, and the bartender was Excellent!

My family and I stayed here this week Feb. 15- 18 because of the power outage with the snow storm. When I first called Monday morning the lady up front was very helpful and kind. We extended our stay since power was not on after the first night and although they were booking up fast she and the staff remained professional even with the phones going crazy! Our stay was great, rooms were clean and it was warm the entire time. So blessed we called this place when we did and they took care of my family so my kiddos didn’t freeze.

Even though I may be a few months late. The staff here made sure my first date was amazing. Upgraded my room to a suite (based off status) took care of the small issues we had and made sure every morning to wake us up. The staff here were always charming and polite. The hotel may be a bit outdated but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my experience with my lover. Thank you again! ❤🏳‍🌈

Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Hotel was very wonderful and very clean too. The hotel staff was very friendly too. You can stay with your families and your friends at the hotel.

Stayed for work in a 1 br king suite. Roomy, clean, nice amenities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast (has hot items). Coffee/tea available in lobby all day.

Front desk staff was EXCELLENT! My room was cozy and I was able to get the rest that I desperately needed.

We went here for our wedding night and when I tell you we couldn't have been more pleased, believe it! We loved it and the room was prepared so elegantly, the beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! They have very courteous staff, WiFi, nice bar area and lobby, and we were able to get a really good price for it!! It called for the perfect ending for such a happy day.

This hotel was so clean and comfortable. Literally the best sleep I’ve had in awhile. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. 10/10 would stay again.

Good place to spend a night or 2. Staff is friendly. We actually forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste. Called the reception and they gave us a pair of toothbrushes and toothpaste...clean and hygienic room, beds and towels. Overall very nice rooms...

Had the best experience at this hotel. Bre and Curtisha are the absolute best, they took the best care of me and helped me accomplish what I needed.

EXCELLENT, AWESOME, AMAZING!!!! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel! I was greeted by Fantasia she was absolutely wonderful she made me feel right at home! It is really hard these days to find customer service like I received at this hotel. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to help me with all my needs!!! I often travel to Bedford now this will be the ONLY place I stay from now on. Oh and Mary the sweet lady in the bistro that helped me was a pleasure to deal with also!!! She was so super sweet & can make the best breakfast ever!!! She made my day visiting with her in the mornings started my day off just right! She was eager to help me and make sure I was 100% happy with my dining experience. I ate the best breakfast I have ever had a hotel before & she can make an awesome latte!! I will tell my friends about this place and I will be back to see those lovely ladies. I now have something to look forward to when I travel to Bedford. Both these ladies need a raise cause they went above & beyond to make sure their guest are happy & enjoy their stay. 2 thumbs up for this place!!
