Excellent place to eat and food is delicious !!! They take care of you right away soon you walk in ...the place is super clean ..been here 2 times and they did excellent !!!

What a cute little place. Staff was very nice! I had the fajita quesadillas and oh my goodness that food was good! The mixed meat had such a delicious flavor, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meals also.

Great Mexican food,I especially loved the menudo it was great. The staff made you feel welcomed and the homemade flour tortillas were delicious. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

My wife and I love El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant in Lampasas, TX. Amazing staff, delicious food, (never disapponted with what I order/eat) and great atmosphere. I highly recommend if you love and enjoy eating mexican food.

Service was excellent, food was good! My only complaint is the manager let random guys in who went Table to table trying to sell their goods or get donations.......not cool.

Nice place. Great food. Best enchiladas I've ever had. Good prices on their lunch special. Seated quickly, great attention....but not too much. I have no idea why they don't have a better overall rating.

Excellent breakfast at this local restaurant in Lampasas service was great and the prices were very reasonable. My friend and I both ordered Huevos Rancheros with corn tortillas sides of bacon and my friend also got a bowl of Mole sorry if I didn't spell it correctly. Don't pass by if your in Lampasas and looking for a good meal.

Stopped here on a recommendation from a local. BINGO!! Some of the best enchiladas I have ever had and they have a spicy green salsa avocado sauce that is to die for!

Great place to eat if you are in a time crunch for lunch. The service was fast and the food was great. They also serve alcohol and have numerous TVs. The chips and salsa was fantastic as well. 7 months later and the food, service, and chips & Salsa are all still amazing and

Very good Mexican food at reasonable prices. Salsa and chips are outstanding. Chimichunga (fajita meat) plus ice tea =$12.00. Service is good and if your into it, there are about 6 tv ' s around. Plenty of seating too.

Best Mexican Food and Salsa I’ve ever had! Make sure you stop in!

My fiancee and I live in Leander and drive 40 miles to El Rodeo because it's the best tex mex food in the north Austin area. That's correct, in all of north Austin nothing compares to El Rodeo. Always delicious. Staff is amazing. Please don't change anything.

I don't understand why some of the other reviews are so low. This place is some of the best Mexican food in the Austin and surrounding area especially out here. We love driving to Lampasas from Leander to go swimming at Hancock Springs and working up an appetite to come eat here. Good Tex-Mex/ Mexican food is really hard to come by, especially being from South Texas. Their tortillas are delicious, good portions. Fresh, delicious enchiladas and carne guisada. The service is always great too and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Great food ...ALWAYS. Ialways leave full if not overly full. The specials are always good and never disappoint.

I frequently eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is fast, delicious and reasonably priced. The Thursday Molcajete special is definitely the favorite. the service is always good and is very consistent. can't go wrong with El Rodeo!
