Benny Boyd Lampasas has the best Service Center of any dealership I have been to. My wife and I were in Lampasas heading to a service call for my business. My trucks radio started having trouble. I drove it straight to Benny Boyd. Brad checked us in and got me a rental and within 5 minutes my wife and I made it to our service call. We finished our service call in about an hour, drove back to the dealership and truck was already finished. Right there is outstanding service in my opinion. I have been doing business with the Benny Boyd crew for quite sometime now. They are all very professional and outstanding to work with.

I had a great experience all around. I worked with Ashley and she made the experience stress free and even fun.

I spoke with Ashley in November and told her what I wanted and my budget. She told me then she would find exactly what I wanted.

Fast forward to January and she calls me up and tells me she had found what I asked for. She was right.

Today I called about a problem with my ABS on my 2500 Ram. Spoke with Chris in Service and he scheduled immediately an appointment to have it looked at. After 1 year of dealing with this ABS light issue with 2 other dealerships, the problem was fixed in just 2 hours. They had to replace the control module. James in service was great and had me informed of the process and was in constant communication.. I absolutely found a New dealership to due business with. Thanks Benny Boyd and staff.

I have always been pleased with Benny Boyd’s staff and service. I have purchased three pre owned vehicles and all proved to be good. Recently my timing chain needed replacement. BB stood behind the warranty and took care of me. Not only was the diagnosis and repair professional, they even offered me a ride to pick up my car. Called earlier this week and made an appointment to have an issue looked at…took it in this morning and they took care of it, in and out in less than 3 hours and everything was covered under warranty. I saw a beautiful Dodge Ram Laramie 4x4 truck while getting an oil change on my Rubicon today…luckily the salesman working was David Feuer. He knew absolutely everything about this truck and I was so impressed I purchased it on the spot. The entire staff makes this a wonderful place to do business (thank you also to Steve Ross, the sales manager for taking the time to examine the Rubicon and make me a great offer for trade-in!). I have honestly lost count of how many great vehicles I purchased there, but I have been driving over from Killeen for a some years now and am always impressed by the staff and great selection of vehicles on hand. Had intermittent electrical problems with my Ram. Brad has been my service advisor for years and listened to my issues. He and his team were able to isolate the problems and got me back on the road in just a couple of hours. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My service experience has always been great!! Avery was a phenomenal sales person to work with. We started looking at a used 350 and we drove a few trucks and landed on a new ram 3500, And Avery made the entire process, so smooth and easy. My car had a recall on passenger airbag . When I got there early morning everybody was very very friendly. They took care of it and made sure I was taking care of as well .
