We really enjoyed working with Quality Roofing. They replaced the roof of our new home, Tommy was nice, helpful and professional throughout the process. You can just tell how much he cares about his customers. The job was completed within one day with great quality. The price he offered was very also competitive. We referred them to our friends and would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work.

Tommy and Dustin did an excellent job communicating and making sure I was in the loop from the beginning to the final installation. They did quality work, started and completed the job on schedules as promised. I could not ask for more from a contractor. Would happily use them again and they will be highly recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I have to say that I’m quite pleased with how my experience with Tommy of Quality Roofing and Contracting went. I am always a bit on edge when having someone do something at my house, but was shopping for new home insurance & extremely in need of an inspection & an honest assessment of anything that needed to be repaired. Enter Tommy…who even upon first meeting came across as a genuine & very personable person. He didn’t waste time, & was up on my roof surveying almost immediately. His knowledge of what had previously been done on my roof, without me telling him, gave me a sense comfort that he knew his stuff. He was extremely honest in his assessment, telling me that even with the age of my roof it was aging well (all the way down to the granularity of my shingles) & likely wouldn’t need replacing for a good number of years. Even though he was in a position to sell me a new roof, & I wouldn’t have been any the wiser, he did not. He simply advised things to watch, especially if there was a big storm. His knowledge, honesty & overall personality will be why I contact him when I need work done in the future.

I called them because of a leak and ended up getting a roof through my insurance. He even did some little random extra things. I am super happy with them.

Tommy did a great job with an emergency repair of my roof after the last storm we just had. He showed up on time, was very personable, reasonably priced and let me know of other issues I may have in the future. We are planning on replacing the roof at some point this year and will defiantly call him back.

Had a small roof leak and Tommy came to the house to take a look at it. He showed me pictures of all the damage which I thought would be an expensive repair. Very honest with only needing small fixes and resealing all of the boots that same day. Very reasonable rates. Best of all, there's no sales pitch, just genuine concern in getting it repaired correctly. I'll definitely be using them when I need a roof repair or replacement. Highly recommended!

I reached out because I needed to get an estimate on a roof replacement for a house I was under contract for. Tommy was really responsive and I didn't get a pushy sales pitch. He just told it like it was. Additionally, I had some other questions regarding home improvement work that Tommy was able to give some advice on. Whenever I need roof work done, I know I'll be reaching out to Tommy.

The company we had used previously provided a lifetime warranty and lots of promises. Unfortunately when it rained this last time my attic vent started leaking through to the bathroom. The original roofer has now become unresponsive.We called Quality Roofing and within less than a day the problem was fixed. We couldn't be more grateful! Thank you for listening and responding quickly. And especially for such a phenomenal rate! There are still ethical businesses out there in Houston and this is definitely one of them.
