Very professional service! They have very high standards on repairing or replacing any type safety items which in my case was brake components. Very pleased in their advice and supremely pleased with the outcome of the repair. Great people to do business with and will take my vehicle to them for its future service needs!

Super fast turn around and great communication along the way. They know Audis and gave us a high level of confidence that the job was done right. Way better and faster than the last repair shop we went to that did not specialize in European car brands.

Great place to have your Porsche serviced. You need to make an appointment at least two weeks in advance because they stay booked. Their service is excellent customer service amazing value for dollars great.

Update: Porsche required a rotor change on all four wheels costing north of $6k, a second opinion by Hill Country verified they were well within specifications and only need pads. Can’t say enough on how thorough they are.

Absolutely the best experience with a specialty Mechanics shop. Their expertise is unmatched and quality of service unparalleled. All facets of their operation from the front office to the technicians were kind and courteous. Will definitely be a long time customer going forward.

My car has had an unexplained “shudder” at certain RPMS. Hill Country technicians carefully looked at possible options, never quick to suggest something. After a thorough and not too expensive analysis, they presented a conservative action point first. We tried it, and it looks like they nailed it. Very happy with their service, approach and excellent communication from the front office. :)

Highly recommend them! I took my daughter’s car there after Audi had it for several months, and could not figure out what was wrong. Brent and Justin immediately diagnosed the problem and saved us money by recognizing the problem was also covered by our Major Mechanical Policy!

They communicate very well well so theta I can understand what is going on with my car and the issues. When I first called them I had to leave a message and they called back right away!!!
They r very busy so I always have to make an appointment weeks ahead. Which is a bummer but I guess you say they are very much in demand
I have brought both my Porsches over there. I am very surprised to get my car back with in days. Which I thought it would be a week or more. They always manage to find parts pretty fast and are very excellent in staying touch with the progress of the car.
They send pictures of issues which I love.
Pick up is very easy and over very happy.

I have been taking my 2013 Mercedes SUV to European Autoworks since I bought it as a one owner used car. In fact, my sister and I dropped in on them during my test drive. They looked it over and gave me confidence. They’ve done my regular check ups and problem solving ever since. Yesterday I got an electronic notification that my right rear brake lamp should be checked. I dropped in on them on my way home. They were happy to figure it out on the spot. Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable staff that quickly assessed my issues, made appropriate recommendations and got me back on the road. Had gone to the dealer first and received a list of recommended repairs. HC Euro did their own diagnostic and eliminated unnecessary “repairs”. I have to say HCEA is one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. Really across all categories they earn high marks. The work they do, their staff and communication, heck, even their shop is the cleanest most organized shop I’ve ever seen. Looks like a brand new F1 garage.
