The team that came to deliver our Arhaus piece was top notch. Careful, considerate, helpful, and friendly. The fee charged for delivery was more than worth it. They carried a huge, heavy piece to my second floor through a tight staircase and Jesus knew just how to make it work.

On time and very careful with my new furniture. The drivers were very polite and unpackaged all my new furniture outside and carefully brought in piece by piece. No damage to the house and they even wore latex gloves to keep any dirt off my crème colored furniture. Cleaned up all packaging and took with them. Very good experience.

Communication was excellent. Scheduling was flexible to accommodate my busy schedule. Delivery and set up was seamless. Representatives were professional, respectful and efficient. Best experience I have had with a delivery and set up.

Five stars isn't enough. First of all they were really affordable and easy to schedule with. We did a same day move. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. I had serious doubts about everything fitting in one truck but it turns out these guys are tetris champions. They were extremely careful and thorough with all of our items. They were very polite and made sure everything was put in its place. Nobody likes moving but these guys make it so much easier.

My delivery from Arhaus delivery service was fantastic! They delivered my rug within the specified time slot and called to confirm their arrival time. The two gentlemen were very polite and helpful!

Move could not have gone better from start to finish. Mark was great in making initial contact and getting us a quote. Rosalyn was meticulous on getting everything set up and with multiple follow-up contacts to make sure things were going well. Chris and Team were just fantastic to work with on the actual pickup and delivery, and unbelievably attentive to anything we needed or wanted thru the entire process. Moving is never fun, but this Team made it as pain free as anyone has a right to expect. HIGHLY recommend Berger Allied.

Delivery team was professional, fast, and thoughtful. They were careful with the hardwood floors, existing furniture and the new bed installation. They went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied! Exception service!!

I was skeptical initially that any moving company can have so many 5-star reviews but Berger Allied proved it.

Ena, our move coordinator was very responsive and the packing crew and our driver Francisco all lived up to The Careful Movers motto. I’ve done three cross-country moves and this company was by far the most professional and had no breakage.

The packing service was efficient and effective with a crew of four who took four hours to pack 72 boxes. We did segregate our stay and go items beforehand, which was recommended by the move coordinator and was a very good idea, as anything that wasn’t nailed down got packed!

The driver brought two helpers and got everything disassembled and packed carefully on the truck in 5 hours. In all we had about 280 items on the list. Everything was carefully described on the inventory with high value items clearly marked. The driver kept me updated as to timing of delivery and met his promised time.

On delivery day the driver rented a smaller truck to shuttle items to our house because there wasn’t enough space for the 53-foot trailer to fit. I appreciated that he took complete ownership of the process and didn’t simply hand it off to the local affiliate at destination, which is what happened with our previous moves. The driver and his assistant brought everything into the house and reassembled all the furniture in about 6 hours. We checked off all 280-odd items and double checked for missing items, and everything made it in good condition. Furniture was reassembled with care and skill. Even my glass cabinet from IKEA made it with no damage! The driver had all the right tools for the job.

Although I hope not to have to make another move anytime soon, I am confident that Berger Allied would do a great job and I can heartily recommend them to others.

They were very polite and professional and made sure I had all my items before leaving. They answered all my questions and concerns and didn’t rush me with the paperwork. They were quick and made sure to be careful when carrying all my items didn’t matter what it was. Would definitely use them again if I ever move again.

I have used Berger Allied twice now for moving and they are the best. I priced out out 3 competitors and they still have the best value this last move. The team packing was extremely thorough and had a great sense of humor. They help me with a lot of things around the house getting ready for the move. I would highly recommend this company for local or multi-state moves. Roman, Topper and Bruce were fantastic and I would have them pack my house every time I'd move.
