I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone about an employee at the Camp Bowie location (Ali) Alicia she has been so helpful and patient with my mother and I which can be challenging at times for sure. She has always stopped what she was doing no matter how busy she looked or seemed to be, even while eating lunch. She had no problem putting it to the side to help with a smile.

I had some fraud occur on my business account and everyone helped in an extremely thorough and expeditious way. Ali(Alicia) has been very helpful with the implementation of my business account and was helpful in the corrective actions due to fraud. Glad to have a strong supportive team.

Yesterday I needed to call the Camp Bowie location, where I have had personal and business accounts for many years(even before it was acquired by InterBank). Gloria was, as usual, friendly and helpful as she answered my questions. I was reminded once again what a pleasure it is to deal with her - and everyone there!

The ladies at the bank are FABULOUS! Gloria and Alicia are always SO quick to respond and eager to help. I absolutely love this bank and will hold all my accounts here for as long as they let me.

My son and I had an issue with Zelle that Ali help resolve quickly and in a very friendly manner. Thanks Ali.

I have banked here since 2006 and i love it. Most of the same people are still there. They always know your name and are very efficient and helpful. Management is great. I have been dealing with Gloria and Sarah forever. And Martha is always very helpful.

Sarah was so awesome to work with. She bent over backwards to make me happy and complete all the transactions.

A fee is charge at every atm other than the bank why is it set up we can use debit card at some of the other atm and don’t have to pay a $3 fee or more

Please edit your business hours if you have temporary situations. I just drove here from Cleburne because I had to run errands in Fort Worth & was going to deposit two checks, only to find out you have a paper sign on your window that your Drive Thru is temporarily closed due to Covid-19. I looked at your business hours on google before leaving home & it said you were open until 12. If I would’ve known you were closed I would’ve gone to Granbury. I’ve never had a problem with Interbank as a whole, but as a location the easiest way to keep your clientele as whole satisfied is to at minimum have your correct business hours posted on google. It’s not hard. If small businesses can do it, so can you.

I was at the Camp Bowie Interbank this morning trying to wire some money elsewhere to be invested so my transaction was by some peoples standards not all that small and it was very important to me. I was allowed inside the bank and instructed to sit down which I did. I asked for some assistance which was not working out as easily as expected when out of nowhere I am accused by several employs at the same time of being sick and I was told that I should use the drive in window. I will never drive through the window at this bank again. It is too narrow and I damage a wheel on my car there before. And then I was told that they did not have to help me that this transaction was my responsibility. I stormed out went home and prepared to take my responsibility 100 miles down the road to the Breckenridge Interbank where I am always treated appropriately. After made arrangements on the phone to take care of this in Breckenridge I got a call from the Camp Bowie Interbank. They asked me to come back and they would bring the paperwork to the front door to get my signature. Of course they changed their minds so I walked to the drive in. They produced a document for my inspection that had a mistake that I had already told them about inside when they were not listening. The mistake was corrected and the mission was accomplished. I've had teeth pulled with less pain and confusion. Maybe their fear of the Covid 19 virus caused them to lose good judgement. You see my nose was running and my eyes were watery. I recently lost one of best friends I ever had. The woman who died was like a daughter to me and I am having a very difficult time processing my grief. Had I been sick with any infectious ailment I would not have been there. But after all this I can tell you that I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a banker. Not even for writing hot checks. I will give one star because the the transaction was made even though it ruined my whole day!

Horrible customer service. I never leave reviews but fair warning if you get Gloria on the phone she will literally talk over you and hang up. Extremely unprofessional
