We worked with Tomas and his group to find our first house in Austin. I could not recommend him and his team more. Buying a house can be a stressful experience and this is definitely a tough market. What I enjoyed most is how calm and prepared Tomas and his team were throughout the entire process. From start to finish I felt prepared for the next step in the process. They certainly keep their clients interests at the top of their list and they are there to help before, during, and after. To us, this is what professionalism looks and feels like.

What can I say about Tomas... I am so extremely happy with him that I will never look for another realtor ever. TL;DR - Hire him over anyone else. Now here comes the long story…

I always do a ton of research for anything I do so I started on an early Sunday morning looking up top rated realtors and submitted via a third party site. Tomas called me right away (within 15 mins) when he was on a run training for a marathon! We made a plan to chat in 1.5 hrs from then and I let him know I was interviewing multiple realtors. I spoke to 6 different realtors that day (many of the “top rated” didn’t even call me back for 1.5 weeks…) - I asked all the questions that my research told me to and he was by far the most knowledgeable. Monday morning I let him know he’s hired.

He normally requests 24 hrs advance notice to do house showings but he had the availability and was able to get us into 5/6 of the house listings we showed him that day!

My boyfriend and I really fell in love with 1 property and didn’t notice all the flaws until Tomas pointed them out (broken foundation, etc) - He had us get all the home inspectors and experts out so we would fully know what we are getting into. After that, we decided that property was NOT for us. Had it not been for Tomas’s expertise I have no doubt we would be in a really bad situation rnow. We ended up finding another perfect home and couldn’t be happier.

Tomas is super responsive, very reliable, and a genuine nice guy and expert in the field. He also hooked us up with the best mortgage company/rates (I called many and his rec was the best).
