Remington Apartments

I have lived here 1 1/2years and I’m loving it. The maintenance grew are always right on top of any orders submitted and the office staff are some of the nicest people. I have not had one issue while living here.

I have lived here almost two years. Shortly after I moved in I put in a request for the stairway light and the one by my apartment be fixed. There has been a piece of blue tape on them for over a year!
I went to renew my lease this week and mentioned the lights again. They were fixed immediately! Thank you!

Great experience with maintenance and office. Shout out to Dave in the office….. he went above and beyond to make sure to grab a package for me while I am out of state and not returning home for another 3 days! Thank You SO MUCH Dave!

These are fairly nice units at a reasonable price.

The staff have generally been great. In my experience the leasing agents have always been friendly and have had great customer service. Maintenance requests have almost always been answered quickly with no problems. (There was one time that the maintenance guys damaged my bathroom faucet and forgot to fix it until I reminded them.)

I've never had problems with neighbors.

They also do several things to be more environmentally friendly: they've installed solar panels, maintained a recycling program, and let me charge my electric car in a rented garage at no additional charge (most other apartments I asked wouldn't allow me to charge it at all).

Staff is proffesional and kind from maintenance to office staff. My friend lives here and they are always prompt and friendly when she puts in a request. They wave or say hello any time I come over and property is nicely maintained

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and we have had zero issues with them. We're always on time with rent and have never had any extra fees. The only time they asked us to do something was to remove some plywood from our balcony, which is reasonable since it makes it kind of trashy looking. They have THE SWEETEST management, we especially love Kelly! Our water heater and fridge have both broken while we've lived here and both were replaced SAME DAY! Wow! Honestly, most of the time it's like pulling teeth to get maintenance to do anything in other communities, but not here. We've lived in both a one bedroom and two bedroom and loved them both. The one bedroom has more of a cozy feel to it than the two bedroom. The only downside is that we wish we had more storage and the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen don't allow much room for pots and pans. If you cook a lot, it can get frustrating not having enough places to put things away. We ended up buying a separate pantry to store our food in and it just sits in the dining area. Definitely want to move onto something bigger eventually but this has been a great place so far for us newlyweds! We love Remington :) Highly recommend.

Just had another issue with our kitchen faucet and it was resolved within a day. They truly care about us as residents. Thank you, Remington.

We’ve lived here almost a year and absolutely love it! Maintenance is so fast and when they get backed up even a day or two out they are so apologetic. The staff is so friendly. The buildings outside are well lit and clean.

The Remington apartments maintenance staff is awesome. The office staff is awesome as well whenever you have any kind of an issue they want to know about it and they get someone on it right away because they want to keep their apartments nice unlike some other ones I’ve lived in in the past

I lived at Remington for about 4 years and I can't say enough about Jason and the rest of the maintenance crew. They are amazing !
They keep the community really clean and they will respond right away and fix things right the first time. I bought a home and moved out but I really miss having such a great team take care of things for me.

I’ve lived at Remington for a year now and just renewed my lease for another. I couldn’t say enough good things about the staff, the office and maintence staff are always helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. The maitnence staff takes great care of my apartment if I have any issues, they know my dogs and are always friendly even if they have to come fix my disposal for the 3rd time from my dropping things down it. Office staff are always inviting and make sure to translate their promises to actions. I was worried when I first moved in because it’s off state street, but I hardly hear any traffic and the walls aren’t that paper thin kind most places have. Overall I really appreciate and love living at Remington. 10/10.

I loved living at Remington apartments. The maintenance guy Addison is always helpful and fixing everything in a timely manner. He also makes sure when he comes he lets us know ahead of time becauae of the dogs. Best maintenance team I have ever had to work with.

Since My husband and I have lived here our experience has been great, anytime I have questions or concerns they are addressed promptly. The new maintenance crew is awesome, Berto, Ian, Russ, and Nik are great. Berto and the crew have gone above and beyond to make the grounds look more clean and inviting. They have always taken the time to stop what they are doing and answer any questions I may have. This complex couldn't have a better Staff inside the office with Kelly, Ella, and Chelsea, as well as outside with Berto, Ian, Nik, and Russ. Thank you for making my time here enjoyable.

We have lived here since June of last here and love it. The area is always well kept, the people who live here are quiet and its very peaceful. The apartments are large and well kept, they respond to any issues we have promptly. It's all around a great place to live and we are planning to stay another year.

Staff is friendly and all the issues are resolved promptly. It's very safe and it is near the Trax station and Bus stops so residents can also take the public transport. They also organize the Pool parties, which is a very good way to meet the fellow residents. Apartments are spacious and near to all the basic amenities. Apartments are new so the utility bill is very less. I will stay here and also recommend my friends to stay here.

This is the first place I lived in when I moved to Utah in 2015. I was there for four years and would have stayed longer if I wasn't buying a house. They have friendly staff and keep the complex looking clean. The walls are a bit thin but that seems to be an issue in apartment life. I recommend this place for the location, friendly staff and awesome neighbors.

I have always had such great experiences with the maintenance, specifically berto who is always so friendly and helpful no matter what; even went out of his way to help me when I was locked out of my apartment. Remington is lucky to have such dedicated staff such as Berto.

I don't live here anymore. But when I did, I had the greatest experience. Every issue I had was taken care of immediately. The staff and maintenance team were always so friendly. And the location is convenient to just about everything.
